رويكرد سازه انگارانه به كاربرد كنوانسيون رفع هرگونه تبعيض عليه زنان در جهان اسلام از 1979 تا 2021؛ (مطالعه موردي ايران)

A constructivist approach to the application of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women in the Islamic World from 1979 to 2021; (Case study of Iran)

اقدام براي بهبود وضعيت زنان در سطح جهاني بسيار ضروري مي باشد و كنوانسيون بين المللي رفع هرگونه تبعيض عليه زنان، در جهت ايجاد برابري كامل ميان زنان و مردان و ريشه كن سازي تبعيض عليه آنان ايجاد شده است. اين مقاله در پي پاسخ به اين مي باشد كه مفاد اين كنوانسيون چه تاثيري بر تغيير رويكرد كشورهاي اسلامي براي رفع تبعيض عليه زنان داشته است و فرهنگ و هويت اسلامي در عدم عضويت ايران در اين كنوانسيون چگونه نقش آفريني مي كند؟ يافته هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه اين كنوانسيون محصولي از انديشه و بازتاب برخي از آرمان هاي فمينيستي غربي مي باشد و با توجه به تفاوت درساختارها، فرهنگ ها، مذاهب، استانداردها و تفاسير مختلف از جايگاه و تجارب و نيازهاي خاص زنان در مناطق مختلف، تاكنون نتوانسته اجماع واقعي كشورها، به ويژه كشورهاي اسلامي را به وجود آورد و تصويب اين كنوانسيون توسط برخي كشورها با شرط گذاري، بعضا بدون اعتقاد واقعي به مواد آن صورت گرفته و جنبه نمادين دارد. گردآوري داده ها به روش كتابخانه اي و يافته هاي تحقيق به شيوه توصيفي-تحليلي بررسي شده است.

Action is needed to improve the situation of women worldwide, and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women is designed to promote full equality between women and men and eradicate discrimination against women. This article seeks to answer what effect the provisions of this convention have had on changing the approach of Islamic countries to eliminate discrimination against women, and how does Islamic culture and identity play a role in Iran's non-membership in this convention? The research findings indicate that this convention is a product of the thought and reflection of some Western feminist ideals. Differences in structures, cultures, religions, standards, and different interpretations of the position and experiences and particular needs of women in other regions, have not been able to create a genuine consensus of countries, especially between the Islamic countries. Therefore, some countries' ratification of this convention is conditional, some without fundamental belief in its contents and has a symbolic aspect. Data collection was reviewed by the library method and research findings by the descriptive-analytical way.
