چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺎ اﻋﺘﯿﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺨﺪر ﺑﻌﻨﻮان اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ اول آﺳﯿﺐ ﻫـﺎي اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﻄﺮح اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺷﺪه ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺳﺎن اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺑـﺎ دﻗﺖ و ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي ﺑﻨﮕﺮﻧﺪ. اﻣﺎ آﻧﭽﻪ ﮐﻪ ﻧﮕﺮاﻧـﯽ ﻣﺴـﺌﻮﻻن و ﻣـﺮدم را در ﻃـﻮل ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺎن ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺪﻧﺒﺎل داﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ اﻋﺘﯿﺎد زﻧﺎن و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺨﺪر در ﺑـﯿﻦ ﺑﺎﻧﻮان ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺗﺒﻌﺎت ﻣﺘﻌﺪدي ﺑﺮاي ﻓﺮد ﻣﻌﺘﺎد، واﺑﺴﺘﮕﺎن و اﻃﺮاﻓﯿﺎن او و ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺑﺪﻧﺒﺎل داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﻫﺎي اﻋﺘﯿﺎد در زﻧﺎن، اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﻞ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺨﺪر در زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑـﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮردي ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮ در اﯾﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑـﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ و ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ ﻣﺼـﺮف ﻣـﻮاد ﻣﺨـﺪر از اﺑﻌـﺎد ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﻓﺮدي و رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﮐﻪ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﮐﯿﻔـﯽ و ﮐﻤﯽ)روش ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻮردي( و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻋﻤﯿﻖ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 10 ﻧﻔﺮ از زﻧﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﻧﺨﺴﺖ ﺳﺎل 94 ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺮك اﻋﺘﯿﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺗـﺮك اﻋﺘﯿـﺎد ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﺮده ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﮐﯿـﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎ و درك و ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣـﻮردي، ﻣـﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﻪ دﻗﯿـﻖ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﭘﺮوﻧﺪه ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و روش ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧـﻪ اي و اﺳﻨﺎدي و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﺘﺐ و ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻣﻮﺟـﻮد، ﻣﺸـﺎﻫﺪه و ﻣﺼـﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻫـﺎي ﻋﻤﯿﻖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ؛ ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﻓـﺮدي و رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ، ﺧﺎﻧﻮادﮔﯽ، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺑﺮ اﻋﺘﯿﺎد اﯾﻦ زﻧﺎن ﻧﻘﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.

In our society today, drug addiction is considered as the first priority of social harms, which has caused sociologists and social psychologists to look at this issue more carefully. But what has worried officials and people over the years has been the issue of women's addiction and the increase in drug use among women, which has had many consequences for the addict, his relatives and those around him, as well as society. In this regard, in order to investigate the contexts of addiction in women, this study was conducted to investigate and explain the causes of drug use in women with emphasis on the case study of Mashhad. In this study, the researcher has studied and explained the components and indicators affecting drug use from sociological, personal and psychological dimensions. In this study, which was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively (case study method) using in-depth interviews, 10 women who had referred to addiction treatment centers in Mashhad in the first half of 1994 by sampling method. They were purposefully selected and studied with emphasis on processes and their understanding and interpretation on a case-by-case basis. To collect information, study of various files and library and documentary methods and analysis of the content of existing books and articles, observation and in-depth interviews have been used. The results of the studies showed that; Individual and psychological, family, social and environmental factors have played a role in the addiction of these women.The results of the studies showed that; Individual and psychological, family, social and environmental factors have played a role in the addiction of these women.
