Mental and objective factors affecting the promotion of social security (providing disciplinary strategies)

ﺟﻤﻬــﻮري اﺳــﻼﻣﯽ اﯾــﺮان از ﺟﻤﻠــﻪ ﮐﺸــﻮرﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﮑﺜــﺮ و ﺑﺮﺧــﻮردار از ﺗﻨــﻮع دﯾﻨــﯽ، ﻗــﻮﻣﯽ، ﻣــﺬﻫﺒﯽ، زﺑــﺎﻧﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕــﯽ ﺑــﻮده و در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴــﻪ ﺑــﺎ ﺳــﺎﯾﺮ واﺣــﺪﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺎﺳــﯽ ﻓﻌﻠــﯽ ﺟﻬــﺎن ﺑــﻪ ﻃــﻮر ﻧﺴــﺒﯽ از ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﮔﻮﻧـﺎﮔﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﺮﺧـﻮردار اﺳـﺖ. ﺑـﺮ اﺳـﺎس ﻗـﺎﻧﻮن اﺳﺎﺳـﯽ ﺟﻤﻬـﻮري اﺳـﻼﻣﯽ اﯾـﺮان ﺗﮑﺜﺮﻫـﺎ ﺑـﻪ رﺳـﻤﯿﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻫـﺎي ﻣـﺎﻫﯿﺘﯽ ﻧﻈـﺎم ﺟﻤﻬـﻮري اﺳـﻼﻣﯽ ﺑـﺎ ﺳـﺎﯾﺮ ﮐﺸـﻮرﻫﺎ، در اﯾـﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ در ﻧﻈﺮ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻗﻮﻣﯿﺖ و ﺣﻔـﻆ ﻫﻮﯾـﺖ ﻣﻠـﯽ، ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﻋﯿﻨـﯽ و ذﻫﻨـﯽ ﻣـﻮﺛﺮ در ﺷـﮑﻞ ﮔﯿـﺮي اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ ﺗﺎ راﻫﻨﻤﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿﺮان اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﮔﺮدد. روش: روش اﺟــﺮاي اﯾــﻦ ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈــﺮ ﻧــﻮع، ﮐــﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﺣﯿــﺚ روش زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ اي ﻣــﻮردي اﺳــﺖ. اﺑــﺰار ﮔـﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋــﺎت ﻧﯿـﺰ ﻣﺼــﺎﺣﺒ ﻪ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳـﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌــﻪ آﻣـﺎري اﯾــﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﺟﻤﻌــﯽ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔــﺎن ﻋﻠﻤــﯽ و اﺟﺮاﯾــﯽ اﺳــﺖ ﮐــﻪ در ﺣــﻮزه ﻫــﺎي ﻣــﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑــﺎ اﻣﻨﯿــﺖ داراي ﺗﺤﺼــﯿﻼت داﻧﺸــﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻣــﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑــﻮده و در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻠﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘــﻪ ﻫــﺎ و ﻧﺘــﺎﯾﺞ: در اﯾــﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ ﻫﻔﺘــﺎد و ﻫﻔــﺖ ﻋﺎﻣــﻞ ﻣــﻮﺛﺮ در اﻣﻨﯿــﺖ اﺟﺘﻤــﺎﻋ ﯽ در اﺑﻌــﺎد اﺟﺘﻤــﺎﻋﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕــﯽ، ﺳﯿﺎﺳــﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼــﺎدي، اﻣﻨﯿﺘــﯽ و اﻧﺘﻈــﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﻌﯿــﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾــﺪ. ﻣــﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣــﻞ اﺟﺘﻤــﺎﻋﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕــﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻘﻮﯾـﺖ ﻧﻈـﻢ و اﻧﻀـﺒﺎط اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ، ﺑﺮﺧـﻮرد ﺑـﺎ ﻣﻔﺎﺳـﺪ اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ، ﺗﮑـﺮﯾﻢ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ، ﺗﻘﻮﯾـﺖ اﺣﺴـﺎس ﻣﻠـﯽ ﮔﺮاﯾـﯽ. ﻣـﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ ﺳﯿ ﺎﺳـﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔـﺬار ﺑـﺮ اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي دوﻟﺖ، ﺟﻠـﺐ و ارﺗﻘـﺎي ﻣﺸـﺎرﮐﺖ ﺳﯿﺎﺳـﯽ ﻣـﺮدم، ﺣﻀـﻮر ﻣﺴـﺌﻮﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﻠـﯽ در ﺑـﯿﻦ ﻣـﺮدم ﺑـﻮﻣﯽ ﻣﻨﻄﻘــﻪ، ﮐﺎرآﻣــﺪي ﻣــﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺳﯿﺎﺳــﯽ ﻣﻨﻄﻘــﻪ. ﻣــﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣــﻞ اﻗﺘﺼــﺎدي ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔــﺬار ﺑــﺮ اﻣﻨﯿــﺖ اﺟﺘﻤــﺎﻋﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ اﺷـﺘﻐﺎل زاﯾـﯽ، ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ اﻗﺘﺼـﺎدي ﻣﻨﻄﻘـﻪ، اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ در آﻣـﺪ و ﺳـﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﺸـﯿﺖ، ﻣﺤﺮوﻣﯿـﺖ زداﯾـﯽ و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻓﻘـﺮ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾـﺖ ﻣـﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ اﻣﻨﯿﺘـﯽ و اﻧﺘﻈـﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔـﺬار ﺑـﺮ اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ اﺟـﺮاي ﻃــﺮح ﻫــﺎي ﺟﻤــﻊ آوري ﺳــﻼح و ﻣﻬﻤــﺎت ﻏﯿﺮﻣﺠــﺎز، وﺟــﻮد ﺑﺤــﺮان ﻫــﺎي ﻣﻨﻄﻘــﻪ اي )ﺑــﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠــﯽ(، وﺟــﻮد ﻫﻤﺴﺎﯾﮕﺎن ﻣﺮزي داراي زﺑﺎن و ﻣﺬﻫﺐ ﻣﺸﺘﺮك اﺳﺖ.

In the process of conducting research, due to the novelty and special features of the subject that only required the use of written sources, after stating the problem and explaining its importance and necessity, the question of the factors affecting the formation, preservation an‎d promoting security in the Islamic Republic of Iran and its appropriate strategies as the main question and three questions on "Basic characteristics of Iranian linguistic-religious groups (differences and commonalities)", "Effective indicators of social security in the Islamic Republic of Ir@n" and " The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the social security of linguistic-religious groups are identified as sub-questions and the main and sub-objectives of the research are determined by looking at the questions.

Method: The method of this research is applied in terms of type and contextual method and its spatial territory is the Islamic Republic of Iran and its time frame is the current situation of the Islamic Republic of Iran and has presented a strategy for the next five years. . The statistical population of this research is all executive scientific experts who have worked in the field of social security and at the national level for the past fifteen years and its information is up to date, and it has been possible to access them.

Findings and Results: In general, the most important results of this research include the following: The new conceptual model is presented which can be used as a suitable model for examining the factors affecting the social security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, five economic strategies, eight cultural and social strategies, four political strategies and three security-disciplinary strategies. Fifty executive solutions have been proposed.
