چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش كيفي، با هدف غايي تدوين الگوي توسعه پايدار كوهنوردي كشور با استفاده از طرح سيستماتيك نظرية داده بنياد انجام شده است. در اين مطالعه، با انجام مصاحبة باز با 18 نفر از اساتيد مديريت ورزشي و خبرگان كوهنوردي داراي تجربه و سابقه صعودهاي بلند، مجموعه‌اي از مضامين اوليه، طي فرايند كدگذاري باز گردآوري شده، از درون آنها مقوله‌هايي استخراج شدند. در مرحلة كدگذاري محوري، پيوند ميان اين مقوله‌ها با عناوين ذيل تعيين شدند. شرايط علّي شامل: مديريت طبيعت كوهستان و تقويت ارزش‌هاي اجتماعي مي‌باشد. پايداري زيست محيطي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي-فرهنگي، به عنوان پديدة محوري تحقيق مشخص شدند. عامل استراتژي‌ها شامل: آموزش، كارگروهي، اشتراك‌گذاري تجربيات، نگرش زيست محيطي و مديريت هزينه‌ها مي‌باشد. عوامل زمينه‌اي تحقيق را تحصيلات، احترام به طبيعت، همكاري، تعهد و مسئوليت‌پذيري تشكيل مي‌دهند. تحمل آراي ديگران، احترام به آداب و رسوم بوميان و مراعات اصول و قواعد كوهنوردي نيز، شرايط مداخله‌گر تحقيق هستند و سرانجام پيامدها شامل: حفظ طبيعت و فرهنگ بومي و اشتغال در قالب پارادايم كدگذاري تعيين شدند. در مرحلة كدگذاري انتخابي، تك تك اجزاي پارادايم كدگذاري توضيح داده شده؛ كليت موضوع ترسيم گرديد و نظريه، تدوين و ارائه شد. با توجه به مقولة توسعه پايدار و كوهنوردي كه در زمان حاضر طرفداران زيادي پيدا كرده است پيامد‌هاي مختلفي خواهد داشت، لذا فدراسيون كوهنوردي و هيأت‌هاي تابعه آن جهت مديريت علمي اين فعاليت اجتماعي- ورزشي بايد بازبيني و برنامه‌ريزي مدوني داشته باشند.
چكيده لاتين :
This qualitative research aims to formulate a model for sustainable development of mountaineering in the country using systematic grounded theory. For this purpose, an open interview with 18 professors of sports management and mountaineering experts with experience and history of long ascents, a collection of basic themes recycled during the coding process, from which categories were extracted. In the axial coding phase, the relations among these categories were determined in the form of coding paradigm as below: mountain nature management and strengthening of social values, axial phenomenon: environmental, economic and socio-cultural sustainability, strategy factors include: training, teamwork, experience sharing, environmental attitude and cost management, background factors include: education, respect for nature, cooperation, commitment and responsibility, interfering conditions, including: tolerating the opinions of others, respecting the customs of the natives and observing the principles and rules of mountaineering, and consequences, including: preservation of nature and indigenous culture, employment were determined in the form of coding paradigm. Then and in selective coding phase, all the components of coding paradigm were described and the theory was formulated and presented. Considering the category of sustainable development and mountaineering, which has gained a lot of fans at the moment, and this increase in approach will have different consequences, Therefore, the mountaineering federation and the mountaineering delegations of the provinces should have a review and a well-planned for the scientific management of this socio-sports activity.
