مدل مخزن سازماني با تأكيد بر عوامل پيش‌برنده با استفاده از روش فراتركيب (مطالعه موردي: شركت ملّي مناطق نفت‌خيز جنوب)

Organizational Repository Model with Emphasis on Driving Factors Using Meta-Synthesis Method (Case Study: National Company for Southern Oilfields)

هدف پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي مدل مخزن سازماني در شركت ملي مناطق نفت خيز جنوب با تاكيد بر شناسايي عوامل پيش برنده است. روش اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش فراتركيب انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اول پژوهش كليه اسناد مكتوب مربوط به مخزن سازماني شامل 40 مقاله و اثر بر مبناي معيارهاي معتبر از بين 175 مقاله و اثر انتخاب و تحليل شد. جامعه آماري دوم شامل خبرگان حوزه فناوري اطلاعات، مخزن سازماني، مديريت دانش و... بودند كه در نهايت 15 نفر تعيين شدند. يافته ها با كاربرد مراحل هفتگانه فراتركيب، الگوي مفهومي در شش لايه مفهومي، مقوله اي و كدها به دست امد. در هر يك از لايه ها مفاهيم و موضوعاتي گنجانده شد كه در نهايت 29 مقاله شناسايي شد. جهت اعتباريابي كيفي الگوي به دست آمده بر اساس نظرات خبرگان در قالب گروه هاي كانوني اخذ شد و الگوي مفهومي مورد تاييد خبرگان پژوهش قرار گرفت. با توجه به يافته هاي حاصل از اجراي فرايند فراتركيب در شناسايي ابعاد و مقوله هاي پياده سازي مخزن سازماني كه مي تواند مبنايي براي پژوهش هاي آتي در جهت نحوه پياده سازي مخزن سازماني در راستاي سياست هاي اجرايي براي مسيولان و تصميم گيران در سازمان ها و نهادهاي ذي نقش دولتي قرار گيرد در قالب الگويي مفهومي كه به تاييد و توافق بالاي خبرگان رسيد، ارايه گرديد.

Organizational repository can be the bedrock of knowledge-based activities in organizations, especially project-based organizations. The oil-rich regions of the south, as one of the project-oriented and influential companies in the country's oil industry, have an important role in the economic development of the country, which has managers and specialized staff at the micro and macro levels of the organization. The present study aimed to design an organizational reservoir model in the National Company of Southern Oilfields with emphasis on identifying the driving factors using the meta-combined method. The first statistical population of the study was all written documents related to the organizational repository including 40 articles and works based on valid criteria from among 175 articles and works were selected and analyzed. The second statistical population included experts in the field of information technology, organizational repository, knowledge management, etc., who were eventually selected as 15 people and due to the conditions and limitations of the Corona pandemic, remotely compared to the presentation. Comments and suggestions were taken. Using the seven steps of meta-combination, a conceptual pattern was obtained in six conceptual layers, categories and codes. In each layer, concepts and topics were included, and finally 29 articles were identified. For qualitative validation, the obtained model was obtained based on the opinions of experts in the form of focus groups and the conceptual model was approved by the research experts.
