تحليل عوامل مؤثر بر فعاليت‌هاي داوطلبانه با تأكيد بر مدل مفهومي Oh (2017): مطالعه موردي در كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي استان كرمانشاه

Analysis of Factors Affecting Voluntary Activities with Emphasis on the Conceptual Model of Oh (2017): a Case Study in Public Libraries of Kermanshah Province

مقدمه: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تحليل عوامل مؤثر بر انجام فعاليت­ هاي داوطلبانه، رضايت مندي، استمرار فعاليت ­ها و وفاداري داوطلبان در كتابخانه­ هاي عمومي استان كرمانشاه است. روش‌شناسي‌: پژوهش حاضر، از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده­ها توصيفي ـ همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را داوطلبان فعاليت در كتابخانه­ هاي عمومي استان كرمانشاه تشكيل دادند. براي گردآوري داده­ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد اوه (2017) مشتمل بر 53 آيتم استفاده شد. به ­منظور تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده ­ها، از آزمون­ هاي ضريب همبستگي، رگرسيون خطي ساده و چندگانه استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده­ها نشان داد كه كاركردهاي داوطلب شدن، تجربه داوطلبان، حمايت و پشتيباني از آنان بر رضايت مندي داوطلبان تأثيرگذار است و همچنين بر استمرار فعاليت ­هاي آن­ها و وفاداري آنان تأثير معني ­داري و مثبتي دارند. نتيجه‌: در ميان كاركردهاي داوطلب شدن كاركردهاي درك/پيشرفت، شغل، اجتماعي بودن، ارزش و حفاظتي به ترتيب داراي بيشترين ميانگين بودند و ميانگين همه آن­ها بزرگ­تر از مقدار متوسط بود. اين نشان مي­دهد كه انگيزه اصلي داوطلبان كتابخانه ­هاي عمومي تسهيل در رشد شخصي و درك ديگران است.

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting voluntary activities, satisfaction, and continuation will of volunteering and loyalty of volunteers in public libraries of Kermanshah province. Methodology: The present research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study includes volunteers working in public libraries of Kermanshah province. The Oh (2017) standard questionnaire with 53 items is used to collect data. In order to analyze the data, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple linear regression tests were used. Findings: The research findings showed that the functions of volunteering, volunteer experience, and support for volunteers affect volunteers' satisfaction. Moreover, these variables have a positive and significant effect on the continuation will of their activities and their loyalty. Conclusion: Among the functions of volunteering, the functions including perception/progress, job, sociality, value, and protection had the highest mean, respectively, and the mean of all of them was higher than the average value. This means that the main motivation for public library volunteers is to facilitate personal growth and understanding of others.
