مباني و اصول تفسير يكي از مباحث مهم و اساسي در تفسير قرآن كريم است. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسي مباني و اصول تفسير قرآن كريم با تأكيد بر نگرش هاي سياسي مفسران است. در اين راستا با استفاده از روش كتابخانه اي مهم ترين مباني ظاهري در تفسير قرآن كريم من جمله؛ علم لغت، نحو و اعراب، اختلاف در تقدير، علم قرائات و علم به ناسخ و منسوخ قرآن مرتبط با موضوع معرفي گرديد و بطور موجز به بررسي و بازخواني آن ها پرداخته شد.با توجه به اينكه اگر مفسر بخواهد به فهم واقعي كلام الهي نايل گردد در ادامه مباني باطني تفسير تحت عناوين؛ حجيت قرآن، آگاهي و اعتقاد به جهان بيني قرآن كريم، دانستن تأويلات قرآن و رسوخ در علم بيان شد. بررسي ها حاكي از اين است كه انحرافاتي كه ناشي از خاستگاه اجتماعي مفسر و ويژگي‌هاي تربيتي، روحي و اخلاقي مفسر مي‌باشد در ادوار مختلف تاريخ اسلام از صدر تا زمان حاضر باعث بروز اختلافات عميق در ميان امت اسلامي گرديده؛ زمينه تكفير و حتي قتل مسلمان به دست مسلمان را ترويج و توجيه كرده است. اگر مفسري داراي اعتقادات و باورهاي ناصحيحي باشد طبيعتا نمي‌تواند به فهم حقيقي كلام الهي نائل گردد و هم چنين پايه هاي درك غلط عامه را نيز فراهم مي آورد.

With the demise of the Prophet of Islam , peace and blessings of God be upon him , and gradually with the distance of Muslims from their lifetime, different interpretations and interpretations of some teachings of Islam and veraea of the Quran emerged.It is obvious that there are several reasons for the conflict of views in the interpretation of the revelatory commandments the temporal and spatial requirements of the political requirements of the ethnic and individual origins of the commentators , as well as their background and intellectual support and theory , have played a very important role in the differences of views .
