چكيده فارسي :
با وجود اهميت نقش مددكاري اجتماعي شغلي در سازمان‌‌ها، اين مهم در كشور ايران به‌صورت تخصصي در تمامي سازمان‌‌ها تعريف نشده و بسياري از سازمان‌‌ها‌ي بزرگ فاقد تخصص مددكاري اجتماعي شغلي هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارتقاء سطح شناخت از حيطه‌ي مداخله‌‌هاي مددكاري اجتماعي شغلي فراهم آمده است و تلاشي در جهت غنا بخشيدن به ادبيات تخصصي اين حرفه است.
روش: از روش مرور نظام‌‌مند و براي جستجو از كليد واژه‌‌هاي برنامه‌ي كمك به كاركنان، مداخله‌ي مددكاري اجتماعي شغلي، مددكاري اجتماعي صنعتي، بدون محدود كردن زمان، تا سال 2021 در بانك‌‌هاي اطلاعاتي مختلفي استفاده شد. 4 كتاب و 19 مقاله براي بررسي و تحليل بيشتر انتخاب شدند.
يافته‌‌ها: مداخله‌‌هاي مددكاري اجتماعي شغلي درچهار سطح خرد، ميانه، بروني و كلان بر پايه‌ي نظريه‌ي سيستم‌‌هاي بوم‌شناختي اكولوژيكي انجام مي‌‌شود. در سطح خرد رسيدگي به مسائل و مشكلات فردي، در سطح ميانه توجه به افراد در گروه‌‌هاي مختلف و در سطح كلان سياست‌گذاري‌‌ها و برنامه‌ريزي براي سازمان و جامعه و در سطح بيروني، آسيب شناسي محيط شغلي حائز اهميت است.
نتيجه‌گيري: رفاه و پيشرفت در هر كشوري در گرو تكيه بر نيروي انساني ماهر و كارآمد براي بهره‌گيري هرچه بيشتر و بهتر از سرمايه، منابع و امكانات جامعه است. بنابراين ضرورت و اهميت حرفه‌‌ي مددكاري اجتماعي شغلي رخ مي‌‌نمايد. از طرفي پيچيده شدن روابط فرد در سازمان‌‌ها و جوامع، انسان‌ها براي افزايش سازگاري خود در محيط‌هاي شغلي به فرد متخصص در اين زمينه نياز دارند، مددكاري اجتماعي شغلي در دو بخش پيشگيري و درمان اين نياز را برطرف مي‌سازد.
چكيده لاتين :
Despite the importance of the role of occupational social work, this important issue in Iran is not defined professionally. the present study aims to improve the level of knowledge of the occupational social work interventions and is an attempt to enrich the specialized literature of this profession.
Method: This research has been done by review literature method. To search for the keywords employee assistance program, industrial social work, occupational social work intervention, without time limit, until 2021 in different databases were used. 4 books and 19 articles were selected for further review and analysis.
Results: Occupational social work interventions are performed at four levels: micro, meso, macro and exo based on the theory of ecological systems. At the micro level, addressing individual issues and problems, at the meso level, paying attention to individuals in different groups, and at the macro level, policies and planning for the organization and society and at the external level, the pathology of the work environment are important.
Conclusion: Welfare in any country depends on relying on skilled and efficient employees to benefit more and better from the capital, resources and facilities of society. Thus, the necessity and professional importance of occupational social work arise. On the other hand, the complexity of individual relationships in organizations and societies, human beings need an expert in this field to increase their adaptation in the work environment, occupational social work in both prevention and treatment addresses this need.
