The investigation of lived experience of primary schools managers and teachers of Mahabad County about Keramat plan

هدف نوشتار حاضر، بررسي تجربه زيسته مديران و معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان مهاباد در مورد طرح كرامت است. براي نيل به اين هدف، از روش پديدارشناسي استفاده شده است. روشهاي نمونه گيري اين مطالعه، هدفمند و ابزار آن نيز مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته است. در اين مطالعه، به منظور برآورد ميزان روايي، از رويه هاي ويژه كدگذاري و تحليل استفاده شده است. همچنين براي ارزيابي پايايي، از راهبردهاي هدايت دقيق جريان مصاحبه براي گردآوري داده ها، ايجاد فرايندهاي ساختارمند براي اجرا و تفسير مصاحبه هاي همگرا بهره گرفته شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات، فرايند كدگذاري سه گانه باز، محوري و انتخابي به كار برده شده است. يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه در طراحي، انتخاب و سازماندهي مهارت هاي طرح كرامت به ويژگي ها و نيازهاي فراگيران توجه نشده است و اصول حاكم بر طراحي برنامه درسي، انتخاب و سازماندهي محتوا رعايت نگرديده است. همچنين، در مورد واحدهاي كار طرح كرامت نيز همان كاستي هاي ذكر شده مربوط به مهارت هاي طرح كرامت وجود دارد. علاوه بر اين، در خصوص موانع اجرايي طرح كرامت مي توان به كمبود منابع مالي، عدم تناسب طرح با ويژگي ها و نيازهاي روان شناختي معلمان و دانش آموزان و ناديده گرفتن اصول انتخاب و سازمان دهي محتوا اشاره كرد.

This study aims the investigation of the lived experience of managers and teachers in the field of dignity plan in elementary schools. To achieve that, research method and sampling methods have been used phenomenological and purposeful and snow ball and tool is interviewing.
