بررسي رابطه ميان شايستگي هاي مديران پروژه بر مبناي استاندارد ICB با فرآيندهاي مديريت پروژه بر مبناي استاندارد PMBOK در سازمان هاي پروژه محور

Processes based on PMBOK in Project Based Organizations (Case study: Hydropower Plants Management)

استقرار اثربخش نظام هاي مديريتي همچون نظام مديريت پروژه در سازمانهاي پروژه در گرو تامين يكسري الزامات نرم افزاري و سخت افزاري است. شناسايي و تامين شايستگي هاي مديريت پروژه براي مديران طرح ها يكي از مهمترين الزامات نرم افزاري براي اطمينان از كارآمدي و اثربخشي استقرار رويكرد مديريت پروژه در چارچوب فرايندهاي تخصصي مديريت پروژه مي باشد. استاندارد بين المللي مديريت پروژه PMBOK با محوريت حوزه هاي دانشي، فرايندهاي مديريت پروژه را معرفي مي كند. استاندارد بين المللي شايستگي هاي مديريت پروژه ICB نيز سه دسته شايستگي فني، رفتاري و زمينه اي را معرفي مي كند. با توجه به دو استاندارد شناخته شده مذكور هدف از انجام اين مطالعه شناسايي مهمترين شايستگي هاي مديريت پروژه براي پشتيباني و استقرار فرايندهاي مديريت پروژه مي باشد. در اين تحقيق از ابزار پرسشنامه بسته استفاده شده است. در اين پرسشنامه ها نظرات تعداد 100 نفر از كاركنان يك شركت بزرگ فعال در زمينه احداث پروژه هاي نيروگاههاي برقابي اخذ گرديد. نتايج حاصله نشان داد كه رابطه نسبي و قوي ميان شايستگي هاي مديريت پروژه با فرايندهاي مديريت پروژه وجود دارد و اينكه فرايندهاي مديريت ريسك پروژه از مهمترين فرايندهاي مديريت پروژه محسوب مي شود.

The effective implementation of the system management system is the same as the project management system in the project organization, depending on the provision of a number of software and hardware requirements. Identify and ensure project management competency for one of the most important software software requirements to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of deploying project management approach within the framework of specialized project management processes. In this regard, and by international professional organizations, several standards have been introduced to refine and introduce project management processes and project management competencies. The PMBOK International Project Management Standard introduces project management processes with a focus on knowledge areas. The ICB International Project Management Competency Standard also identifies three categories of technical, behavioral, and contextual competencies for empowering project managers. According to the two known standards mentioned, the purpose of this study is to identify the most important project management competencies to support and establish project management processes. In this research, a closed questionnaire tool has been used. In these questionnaires, the opinions of 100 employees of a large company active in the field of construction of hydropower plants were collected. Analysis of research data showed that the status of project management competencies is better than the status of project management processes. The results also showed that there is a relative and strong relationship between project management competencies and project management processes and that project risk management processes are one of the most important project management processes.
