صورت‌ بندي گفتماني امر سياسي در احزاب اقليم كُردستان عراق

Political discourse formation in the parties of the Iraqi Kurdistan region

نظم سياسي در اقليم كُردستان عراق با احزاب سياسي گره خورده است. در اين پژوهش بر آن بوده‌ايم تا نظم سياسي حاكم بر اقليم كُردستان عراق را به ميانجي نظريه تحليل گفتمان لكلائو و موفه مورد واكاوي قرار دهيم. ايده‌ي اساسي بر اين اصل استوار بود كه نظم سياسي در اقليم كُردستان به گونه‌اي گفتماني سوژه‌هاي سياسي را برساخت مي‌كند. مهم‌ترين بازيگران اين ميدان گفتماني احزاب سياسي هستند كه هركدام نوعي از نظم سياسي و گفتمان سياسي مختص به خود را دارند. در اين راستا به واكاوي گفتمان چهار حزب اصلي پرداختيم. داده‌هاي مورد بررسي شامل اساسنامه‌هاي احزاب، سخنراني‌ها و نقل‌قول‌هاي رهبران احزاب بوده است كه به مدد روش تحليل گفتمان لكلائو و موفه مورد تحليل قرار گرفته‌اند. تحليل داده‌ها ما را به چهار گفتمان سياسي رساند كه شامل گفتمان استقلال كُردستان (حزب دموكرات كُردستان)، گفتمان كُردستان دموكراتيك (اتحاديه­ي ميهني كُردستان)، گفتمان كُردستان قانون‌مند (جنبش تغيير) و گفتمان ملّي- مذهبي (اتحاد اسلامي كُردستان) مي‌باشند.

In this study, we have tried to analyze the political order in the Kurdish region of Iraq through the theory of analysis of the discourse of Laclau and Mouffe. The basic idea was based on the principle that the political order in the Kurdistan region constructs political subjects in a discursive way. The most important actors in this arena are the parties of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, each of which has its own kind of political order and political discourse.In this regard, we analyzed the discourse of the four main parties. The data studied were the statutes of the parties as well as the speeches and quotations of the party leaders, which were analyzed using the method of analyzing the discourse of Laclau and Mouffe. Data analysis led us to four political discourses, which include the discourse of Kurdistan Independence (KDP), the discourse of Democratic Kurdistan (Patriotic unio‎n of Kurdistan), the discourse of legitimate Kurdistan (Movement for Change) and the national-religious discourse (Islamic unio‎n of Kurdistan).
