مطالعه كاربرد چيپ سيل و فوگ سيل در مديريت روسازي راه‌ها و مشاهدات كاربردي در محورهاي شرياني استان بوشهر

Study of the Application of Chip Seal and Fog Seal in Pavement Management and Practical Observations in Arterial Roads (Bushehr Province)

يكي از بزرگترين سرمايه‌هاي زير ساختي كشور، راه است. با توجه به هزينه هاي سنگين ترميم و بهسازي، روشهاي پيشگيرانه و افزايش طول عمر روسازي مي‌تواند نقشي ويژه در كاهش هزينه‌هاي چرخه عمر روسازي ايفا نمايد. در حال حاضر، با توجه به اهداف تعيين شده در سيستم مديريت روسازي راه‌ها (PMS)، برنامه ريزي‌هاي مديريتي و اقتصادي صورت گرفته است و در اين رويكرد به اجراي آسفالت‌هاي حفاظتي چيپ سيل و فوگ سيل توجه ويژه شده است. در اين پژوهش، مروري بر تحقيقات صورت گرفته در مورد چيپ سيل و فوگ سيل از قبيل آزمايش‌هاي ارزيابي و روش پيشنهادي كنترل كيفي، بررسي و مقايسه روش هاي اجرا، استفاده از افزودني‌ها، و مصالح سازگار با محيط زيست صورت گرفته است. در ادامه، بر اساس مقادير شاخص‌هاي سيستم مديريت روسازي را‌ه‌ها و دسته بندي روش‌هاي ارتقاي شاخص وضعيت روسازي، ناهمواري بين المللي را‌ه‌هاي استان بوشهر و پيش بيني برآورد نسبت هزينه عمليات هر دسته، عملكرد نمونه‌هاي اجراشده چيپ سيل و فوگ سيل در تعدادي از محورهاي شرياني استان بوشهر مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. بررسي پژوهش‌هاي صورت گرفته و نمونه‌هاي اجرا شده در اين استان، نشان مي‌دهد، به-منظور بهبود عملكرد و كاهش مشكلات اجرايي در زمان اجرا و عمل آوري لايه‌هاي حفاظتي، استفاده از افزودني‌ها و اصلاح كننده‌هاي مناسب و سازگار با محيط زيست، سودمند است. ارزيابي و كنترل كيفي مصالح و اجرا نيز نقش بسزايي در عملكرد نهايي چيپ سيل و فوگ سيل دارد. در نهايت، اجراي لايه‌هاي حفاظتي چيپ سيل و فوگ سيل در كاهش هزينه‌ طول عمر روسازي موثر است.

One of the biggest infrastructural assets of the country is the road. Due to the heavy costs of repair and improvement, preventive methods and increasing the life of the pavement can play a special role in reducing the costs of the pavement life cycle. At present, according to the goals set in the road pavement management system (PMS) special attention has been paid to the implementation of chip seal and fog seal protection asphalts. Accordingly, in this study, a review of research on chip seals and fog seals such as evaluation tests and proposed quality control methods, review and comparison of implementation methods, use of additives, and environmentally friendly materials has taken. Then, based on the values of the pavement management system indicators of the roads and the classification of methods for improving the pavement condition index (PCI), the international roughness index (IRI) of the roads in Bushehr province and predicting the estimated cost ratio of operations of each category, the performance of chip seal and fog seal have been studied in a number of major road in Bushehr province. the review a shows that, in order to improve the performance and reduce the executive problems, It is beneficial to use environmentally friendly additives and modifiers. Evaluation and quality control of materials and execution also play an important role in the final performance of chip seals and fog seals. Finally, the implementation of chip seal and fog seal protective layers is effective in reducing the cost of pavement life.
