Standards and features of Tafsir of "al-Tahrir Wa al-Tanvir"

ابن‌عاشور از انديشمندان بزرگ شمال آفريقا است. وي مالكي مذهب، اشعري مسلكِ متأثّر از محمد عبده، احياگر علم مقاصد الشريعه، متخصّص در‌علوم مختلف، اديبي چيره دست و مفسّري صاحب سبك و در عين حال متعهّد به سلف به حساب مي‌آيد. «التحرير و التنوير» تفسيري جامع، با روش اجتهادي و رويكرد ادبي، مبتني بر ظريف ترين نكات بلاغي، دربردارنده آراء بسيار و از تفاسير پر مغز اهل سنت به حساب مي‌‌آيد. يكي از موضوعات مطرح در حوزۀ بررسي مباني و انديشه‌هاي تفسيري، كاوش در ابعاد مختلف زندگي مفسّر و آثار و ابعاد وجودي شخصيت وي است. هويت و شخصيت مفسر به عوامل گوناگون علمي، تربيتي، جغرافيايي و تاريخي آنان وابسته است. در اين مقاله به بررسي شخصيت علمي اجتماعي ابن‌عاشور خواهيم پرداخت.

Ibn-Ashura is one of the great thinkers of North of Africa. He is a Maliki religion, influenced by the manner of Mohammad Abde, the inventor of the science of Mqasdalshryh, expert in different sciences, a skilled literary man, and an interpreter with a special style and committed to predecessors. "Al-tahrir" and "Al-tanvir" is a comprehensive commentary with an Ijtihad style and a literary approach based on eloquent points, containing many ideas and interpretations of Sunnite. One of the important topics in interpretable thoughts is seeking for different aspects of an interpreter's life, the works and his characteristic. The identity and characteristic of an interpreter depends on different scientific, geographical and historical elements. We will study the social science characteristic of Ibn-Ashura in this article.
