The Study of Methods of Understanding and Interpreting the Names and Characteristics Attributed to the God

فهم و معنا كردن برخي از اسماء و صفات الهي آسان است و مشكلي در اين زمينه وجود ندارد، اما فهم برخي ديگر به راحتي ممكن نيست و علما و مفسران راه‌‌‌هاي مختلفي را در اين مورد پيموده‌اند. دراين مقاله ما اين راه‌ ها و روش‌ها را بيان كرده، علاوه بر نقل و توضيح آن ها، شيوه‌هاي نادرست را با بيان ادله نقد و راه‌هاي درست را نيز با بيان دليل اثبات مي‌كنيم. روش بحث در اين مقاله توصيفي- تحليلي است. نتيجه‌اي كه در پايان به آن دست يافتيم اين است كه دو روش از پنج روشي كه در اين زمينه وجود دارد، صحيح بوده كه عبارتند از: 1. حقيقت و مجاز. 2. روح وگوهر معنا و سه روش ديگر نيز نادرست بوده و استفاده از آن‌ها صحيح نيست كه عبارتند از: 1. اشتراك لفظي. 2. حمل بر معناي حقيقي (طبق نظريه اهل ظاهر). 3. حمل بر معناي حقيقي (طبق نظريه برخي از بزرگان عرفا).

It is easy to understand and interpret some of God's names and characteristics, and there is not a serious problem in this regard. However, understanding some others is challenging and ulama and interpreters have taken various ways to deal with the issue. In this article, it is tried to point out these different ways, and beside explaining them, the wrong methods are rejected and the right ones are proved with strong reasons. The methodology used in this article is one of explanatory-analytic. The findings showed that among the five methods, two were right which are: fact and trope, spirit and the valuable meaning. The other three that are not right and should be avoided include: literal commonalities, taking the factual meaning (based on Zahiri), taking the factual meaning (based on the theory of some pioneers of mysticism).
