The Literal Meaning of Quran Verses and Their Role in Disagreements Over Fatwa Among Fuqaha

خاستگاه‌هاي اختلاف فقيهان در فتاوا متفاوت و پر شماراست، به‌گونه اي‌كه پرداختن به هريك از آن‌ها مستلزم نگارش كتاب‌هايي است. يكي از علل بسيارمهم و تاثيرگذار در اختلاف فتاواي مجتهدان، چگونگي نگاه آن‌ها به ظواهر كتاب الهي يعني قرآن به لحاظ حجيت و اعتبار است. در طول تاريخ پس از ظهور اسلام و پس از رحلت خاتم رسولان، اختلاف نگاه نسبت به ظواهر قرآن رخ نمود و با گذر زمان و توسعه علوم بشري و اسلامي‌گستره و عمق اين اختلافات بيشتر شد و اكنون چگونگي نگاه به ظواهر قرآن بخشي از مباحث دانش اصول فقه را تشكيل مي‌دهد. نويسنده در اين مقاله سعي نموده كه نگاه باورمندان به حجيت ظواهر قرآن و منكران آن را تبيين كند و پيامد‌هاي كلي التزام به هر يك از ديدگاه‌ها را بنماياند و طبعا از ورود به جزئيات كه دامنه‌اي بس‌گسترده دارد، پرهيز نموده است

The origin of the disagreements among fuqaha in fatwa is so numerous and various that analyzing each one needs writing as much as a book. One of the main and influential reasons for the disagreements among fuqaha is the way they look at the literal meanings of the Holy Quran, meaning Quran in terms of credit. Over the history, after the emergence of Islam and after the demise of the Holy Prophet, disputes over the meanings of Quran came into stage. As the time passed and major progress was made in the world of science and Islamic studies, the conflicts grew worse, and now the way to approach the meanings of Quran verses forms parts of the discussion in fiqh. In the present article, the writer tries to explain the view of believers in authority of Quran literal meanings and the general consequence of sticking to any of the views. Obviously, care has been taken to not enter into the details which are so broad and comprehensive.
