بررسي نظريۀ عدالت اجتماعي صدرا از منظر فلسفۀ سياسي

The study of Sadra's social justice theory from the point of view of political philosophy

براهدف اصلي از نگارش اين مقاله پاسخ به پرسشهاي بنيادين عدالت پژوهي مطرح در حوزه فلسفه سياسي بود. براي دست يابي به اين هدف، ابتدا با بررسي دقيق آثار صدرا ديدگاه هاي او در باب عدالت اجتماعي استخراج شد، سپس تلاش گرديد پاسخ هاي صريح ايشان به اين پرسشها استنطاق شود. بر اين اساس يافته هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن بود كه: 1. از منظر وي سه مبنا براي نظريه عدالت مطرح است (ماهيت ذات بشر، چگونگي رابطه انسانها با يكديگر در وضعيت فرضي پيشااجتماع و رابطه ذات انسان با چگونگي شكلگيري جامعه توسط وي)؛ 2. عدالت هدف غايي و فضيلت حقيقي نيست؛ 3. شريعت منبع دستيابي به محتواي عدالت است؛ 4. عدالت اجتماعي امري قراردادي است؛ و نهايتا اين كه 5. امكان استقرار عدالت در جامعه تنها از طريق تلاش ممكن است. از نتايج استقرار عدالت در جامعه حاكميت عقلانيت است و جامعه بدون عدالت بستري مناسب براي زندگي سعادت مندانه نيست. نكته مهم آن كه بسياري از پرسشهاي بنيادين فلسفه سياسي در باب عدالت در آثار صدرا بيپاسخ ميمانند.

The main purpose of this essay was to answer the fundamental questions of justice research in the field of political philosophy. To achieve this goal, by first examining Sadra's work, his views on social justice were extracted, and then his explicit answers to these questions were attempted. Accordingly, the findings of the study indicate that: 1. From his point of view, there are three bases for the theory of justice (the nature of human nature, how human beings interact with each other in the presupposed social state, and the relationship of human nature with how society is formed). 2. Justice is not the ultimate goal and true virtue. 3. The law is the source of access to the content of justice. 4. Social justice is contractual. 5. an‎d finally, the possibility of establishing justice in society is only possible through effort, and one of the consequences of establishing justice in society is the sovereignty of rationality, and society without justice is not a suitable place for a blissful life. Importantly, many of the fundamental questions of political philosophy about justice remain unanswered in Sadra's works.
