چكيده فارسي :
با جهاني شدن و رشدگسترده مصرف درسراسرجهان، شبكههاي زنجيره تأمين به شبكههاي بسيار بزرگي تغييركردند و اجزاي مربوط به شبكههاي عظيم سبب ايجاد مشكلات جدي محيطزيستي شدهاند. ارزيابي شبكه تأمين حلقه بسته سبز ميتواند حداقل اتلاف مواد از طريق متابعت از قوانين نگهداري درطول چرخه عمر از مواد را تضمين نمايد. هدف اين مقاله، طراحي يك مدل تصميمگيري چند شاخصهي فازي براي ارزيابي شبكه تأمين حلقه بسته سبز است. در اين مقاله معيارهاي مهم با مرور ادبيات و مصاحبه صاحب نظران و با استفاده از روش غربالگري فازي شناسايي شده است. سپس مدل تصميمگيري چند شاخصه فازي مبتني بر تكنيك آزمايشگاه ارزيابي و آزمون تصميمگيري بر پايه فرآيند تحليل شبكهاي فازي ارائه شده است. در اين پژوهش، تدوين كتابچه راهنماي جداسازي قطعات و اقلام قابل بازيافت مهم ترين معيار و ارزيابي و انتخاب تأمينكنندگان رتبه دوم را كسب نمود. بقيه معيارها نيز وزندهي و رتبهبندي شدند. نتايج حاصل از بررسي روابط علّي معلولي نشان داد، پاسخگويي به ذينفعان و توليدكنندگان باتري اثرگذارترين معيار و بازيافت، بازتوليد محصول اثرپذيرترين معياردر ارزيابي شبكه حلقه بسته سبز شناخته شدند. نتايج به دست آمده بر اساس يك مورد مطالعه در صنعت بازيافت باتري خودرو بررسي شده است. دراين مقاله، مدل تصميمگيري چند شاخصه فازي مبتني بر تكنيك دنپ فازي ميباشد، كه شركتهاي توليدي ميتوانند با استفاده از ارزيابي دقيقي از شبكه زنجيره تأمين حلقه بسته سبز داشته باشند و منابع محدود ملي و طبيعي را به نحو احسن جهت ارتقاء مسئوليت اجتماعي و حفظ محيط زيست تخصيص دهند.

The around world With globalization and growing consumption supply chain networks were shifted to very large networks and components of massive networks had caused serious environmental problems. Evaluaing the green closed loop supply network can ensure a minimum of material loss by following the maintenance rules during the material life cycle.The purpose of this article is to design a multi fuzzy decision making model for the evaluating Green Closed Loop (GCL). In this article identified the important criteria by reviewing literature review and interviewing with experts and using the fuzzy screening method to selecting very important criteria have been determined. Then provided a the MADM fuzzy decision making model based on the fuzzy Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Analytical Network Process (ANP) (FDANP). At present research Development of a manual for separating recyclable parts and items important the evaluation and Selection of suppliers acquired second rank and the rest of the criteria were weighed and ranked. The results showed of the causal relationship study Responding to stakeholders and battery manufacturers the most effective criteria and Recycling, reproducing the product the most effective criterion were recognized in the evaluation GCLN.
