تاثير آموزش مديريت والدين در كاهش اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي دانش آموزان كم توان ذهني

The effect of parental management training on reducing ofoppositional defiant disorder in mentally retarded students

زمينه و هدف دانش آموزان كم توان ذهني، اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي بيشتري در مقايسه با كودكان عادي دارند. بنابراين، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثير آموزش مديريت والدين در كاهش علايم اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي دانش آموزان كم توان ذهني انجام گرفت. روش اين پژوهش از نوع روش نيمه آزمايشي همراه با پيش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه كنترل و آزمايشي بود. جامعه آماري، شامل والدين دانش آموزان كم توان ذهني مدارس استثنايي شهر سلماس در سال 1397 - 1398 بود. 30 نفر از افراد واجد شرايط به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفي در دو گروه كنترل (15 نفر) و آزمايشي (15 نفر) جايگزين شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها، از مقياس اختلال رفتار مخرب (1992) استفاده شد. در اين پژوهش، گروه آزمايشي 8 جلسه آموزش مديريت والدين را به صورت گروهي دريافت كردند و گروه كنترل، مداخله اي دريافت نكرد. يافته ها براي تحليل داده هاي پژوهش از تحليل كوواريانس تك متغيره استفاده شد. نتايج داده هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه آموزش مديريت والدين در كاهش علايم اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي موثر است (p <0.05). نتيجه گيري براساس يافته هاي به دست آمده، مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه آموزش مديريت والدين، روش كارآمدي در بهبود علايم اختلال نافرماني مقابله اي دانش آموزان كم توان ذهني است.

Background & Purpose Students with mental disability have more of oppositional defiant disorder than normal children. So, The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of parental management training on reducing the symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder in students with mental disability. Method This research was a quasi-experimental method with pre-test and post-test with control and experimental groups. The statistical population of the present study included the parents of students with mental disabilities in exceptional schools in Salmas in 1397-1398. Thirty eligible individuals were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to the control group (n = 15) and the experimental group (n = 15). The Destructive Behavior Disorder Scale (1992) was used to collect data. In this study, the experimental group received 8 sessions of parental management training as a group and the control group did not receive any intervention. Results Univariate analysis of covariance was used to analyze the research data. The results of research data showed that parental management training is effective in reducing the symptoms of disobediencestubbornness disorder (p <0.05). Conclusion Based on the findings, it can be said that parental management education is an effective method in improving the symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder in students with mental disabilities.
