الگوي خط‌مشي‌هاي فراگير نظام سياسي مبتني بر قرآن كريم

The pattern of meta policies of the political system based on the Holy Qur'an

اسلام به عنوان يك مجموعه به هم پيوسته و هماهنگ است. بدين لحاظ هر كدام از اجزاء آن در جايگاه خاص خودشان قرار دارند. نظام سياسي اسلام كه يكي از اجزاء اين مجموعه است بيانگر اين واقعيت است كه قلمرو دين از قلمرو شخصي و خصوصي فراتر رفته و به مسائل اجتماعي نيز توجه دارد. جمهوري اسلامي ايران به دليل ماهيت ديني آن، مبتني بر اصول اسلامي است و به تبع آن مي‌بايست شاكله‌ي نظام كه در خط‌ مشي‌هاي خرد و كلان متجلي است بر اساس اين اصول شكل گيرد منابع شناخت ارزش‌هاي اسلامي، قرآن و سنت هستند كه در اين ميان جايگاه قرآن‌كريم به عنوان ثقل اكبر حياتي است. مسأله‌ و هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر كشف خط‌ مشي‌هاي فراگير قرآني نظام سياسي است. رويكرد پژوهش حاضر، رويكرد كيفي و مبتني بر روش تحقيق موضوعي قرآن‌كريم است. در مقام گردآوري داده ها، با تلاوت تمام آيات قرآن‌كريم در قالب رويكرد روش تحقيق موضوعي قرآن‌كريم و مطالعه كتب و آثار مرتبط، آيات سياستي اين عرصه استخراج شد. در مقام تحليل داده‌ها، علاوه بر رويكرد پيشين، از روش نظريه‌پردازي داده بنياد در جهت مفهوم نويسي نظام‌مند از آيات و همچنين طبقه بندي و مقوله‌بندي آن‌ها به منظور دستيابي به الگو و چارچوب مفهومي بهره گرفته شد. در مقام اعتباريابي ضمن بهره‌مندي از مقايسه‌هاي مستمر با مراجعه به خبرگان در قالب روش مميّزي بيروني، الگوي مفهومي و گزاره هاي فراگير سياستي اعتباريابي شد. يافته ها و نتايج پژوهش حاضر پس از تحليل آيات، دستيابي به الگو و چارچوب مفهومي كلان نظام سياسي مبتني بر قرآن كريم و استخراج خط مشي هاي فراگير نظام سياسي است

Islam is an integrated and harmonious set. In this regard, each of its components is in their own place. The political system of Islam, which is one of the components of this collection, reflects the fact that the realm of religion goes beyond the personal and private realm and addresses social issues. Due to its religious nature, the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on Islamic principles and, as a consequence, should be the system of the system that is embodied in the macro and macro policies based on these principles. Resources are the recognition of Islamic values, the Quran and the Sunnah, among which the status of the Quran It is critical as gravity. The main purpose of the present research is to explore the Qur'anic comprehensive policies of the political system. The present research approach is a qualitative approach based on the Qur'anicrim theme research methodology. In collecting the data, reciving all the Quranic verses in the form of the approach of the Quranic subject and the study of related books and related works, the political verses of this field were extracted. In the analysis of the data, in addition to the previous approach, the method of theorizing of the foundation data was used for the systematic conceptualization of the verses as well as their categorization and categorization in order to achieve a conceptual framework and model. In the field of crediting, using continuous comparisons by referring to experts in the form of external audit methodology, conceptual model and comprehensive policy propositions were validated. The findings and results of this study, after analyzing the verses, are the achievement of a comprehensive conceptual framework of the political system based on the Holy Qur'an and the elaboration of the comprehensive policies of the political system
