چكيده فارسي :
هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، طراحي الگويي براي يادگيري غيررسمي مبتني بر شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي است. اين مطالعه با روش سنتز پژوهي انجام‌ شد. جستجوي مقالات با استفاده از كليدواژه هاي يادگيري غيررسمي، يادگيري غيررسمي آنلاين، يادگيري رسمي، تلفيق يادگيري رسمي و غيررسمي در ارتباط با شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي انجام شد. براي جستجوي مقالات فارسي از پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي جهاد دانشگاهي، پايگاه اطلاعاتي جامع علوم انساني، بانك اطلاعات نشريات كشور و پايگاه مجلات تخصصي نور و براي جستجوي مقالات انگليسي از پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي گوگل اسكولار، پروكويست، ساينس دايركت و الزيوير استفاده شده است. بر اساس معيارهاي ورود و خروج تعداد 24 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد. تحليل يافته‌ها ويژگي‌ها، پيامدها، نتايج و استلزامات تركيب يادگيري رسمي و غيررسمي و همچنين ويژگي‌هاي الگوي مذكور را نشان داد. استفاده از يادگيري غيررسمي منجر به حمايت از يادگيري خود راهبر و مادام‌العمر‌مي شود. تركيب يادگيري رسمي و غيررسمي مستلزم علاقه به يادگيري، ادراك نياز به يادگيري و استفاده از مدل يادگيري مشاركتي است. عناصر الگوي مذكور دارنده ويژگي‌هايي خاصي است؛ مثلاً يادگيرنده خود راهبر و مدير دانش شخصي خود است. محيط يادگيري، منعطف، شخصي‌سازي‌شده و مناسب رشد تفكر خلاق و نقاد است. محتواي يادگيري چندرسانه‌اي، دسترس‌پذير و متناسب با علايق يادگيرنده است. فعاليت‌هاي يادگيري غير قابل ‌پيش‌بيني و مبتني بر تعاملات واقعي است. ارتباطات شبكه‌اي، مبتني بر انگيزه‌هاي دروني و بيروني و مبتني بر حل مسائل است. ارزشيابي كيفي، فرآيندي و مبتني بر بحث و گفت‌وگو است. به‌طوركلي يادگيرنده حلقه ارتباطي ساير عناصر است.

The purpose of this study is to design a model for informal learning based on social networks. This study was performed by synthesis research method. Articles were searched using the keywords informal learning, informal online learning, formal learning, and a combination of formal and informal learning in relation to social networks. To search for Persian articles, the databases of Jihad Daneshgahi, the comprehensive database of humanities, the database of national journals and the database of Noor specialized journals were used, and to search for English articles, the databases of Google Scholar, ProQuest, Science Direct and Elsevier were used. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 24 articles were included in the study. The analysis of the findings showed the characteristics, consequences, outcomes and implications of the combination of formal and informal learning as well as the characteristics of the model. The use of informal learning leads to the support of self-directed and lifelong learning. The combination of formal and informal learning requires an interest in learning, a perception of the need for learning, and the use of a participatory learning model. The elements of this pattern have certain properties; For example, the learner is self-directed and the director of his personal knowledge. The learning environment is flexible, personalized, and conducive to the development of creative and critical thinking. Multimedia learning content is accessible and tailored to the learner's interests. Learning activities are unpredictable and based on real interactions. Network communication is based on internal and external motivations and is based on problem solving. Qualitative evaluation is a process based on discussion.
