چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر پرورش كارآفرينان در دانشگاهاي دولتي شهر تهران انجام شده است روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف كاربردي است و به دليل به كارگيري روش فرا تحليل و با توجه به ماهيت داده ها در زمره پژوهش هاي كمي قرار ميگيرد. جامعه آماري مورد بررسي اين پژوهش مقالات موجود در پايگاه هاي علمي معتبر مي باشد. تعداد پژوهش هاي انتخاب شده براي انجام فرا تحليل ده پژوهش مي باشد. به منظور گردآوري داده هاي مورد نياز براي فرا تحليل از يك فرم كدگذاري استفاده شده است. اين فرم معادل پرسشنامه يا فرم مصاحبه در انواع ديگر تحقيقات مي باشد كه در واقع با تركيب كمي نتايج پژوهش هاي انجام شده در حوزه پرورش كارآفرينان، با استفاده از روش فرا تحليل و نرمافزار جامع فرا تحليل CMA2 تعداد 10 پژوهش انجام شده دراين حوزه در ايران را مورد بررسي قرار داده است كه از اين تعداد 5 تحقيق از آزمون تي استيودنت و3 تحقيق از ازمون همبستگي و2 آزمونZ استفاده كرده است. نتيجه فرا تحليل عوامل مؤثر بر پرورش كارآفرينان نشان داد كه؛ آموزش با اندازه اثر 0/67، زيرساختها با اندازه اثر 0/623 و ارتباط با صنعت و دانشگاه با اندازه اثر 0/563 داراي بيشترين اثر در پرورش كارآفريني در دانشگاهها بوده است.

Entrepreneurship education is one of the issues that has been paid more attention in recent years at different universities, and educators and planners have always been in the process of discovering and selecting more appropriate approaches in this field to develop entrepreneurial culture. They work through higher education. Entrepreneurship is important from this point of view, which can be effective in terms of society's progress and economic growth, and its expansion will result in increased production and consequently higher levels of per capita income in the community. The present study aimed at combining quantitative results of researches carried out in the field of entrepreneurship development with the use of meta-analysis and comprehensive CAM2 meta-analysis software. The research has examined 10 studies in this field in Iran. The result of the meta-analysis of factors affecting the development of entrepreneurs showed that: training with an effect size of 0.67, Infrastructure with the size of effect of 0.623 and the relationship with industry and university with the effect size of 0.563 have had the most effect on entrepreneurship development in universities.
