چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه: اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺣﻀﻮر ﺑﺎرﻫﺎي ﺣﺴﺎس، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﻮان اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ در ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺮق اﻫﻤﯿﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﺶ ازﭘﯿﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ، ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ وﺳﻌﺖ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ R/X ﺑﺎﻻ، ﺗﻠﻔﺎت ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ دارﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎزآراﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان روﺷﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﺗﻠﻔﺎت، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﻮان ﺷﺒﮑﻪ را ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ دﻫﺪ ﻣﻄﺮح ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ، اﺛﺮ ﺑﺎزآراﯾﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻓﺮواﻓﺘﺎدﮔﯽ وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺷﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي ﻓﺮواﻓﺘﺎدﮔﯽ وﻟﺘﺎژ از ﺧﻄﺎي ﺗﮏ ﻓﺎز ﺑﻪ زﻣﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﻣﻮردﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺷﺒﮑﻪ 69 ﺷﯿﻨﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد IEEE ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و از اﻟﮕﻮرﯾﺘﻢ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎزي ازدﺣﺎم ذرات ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻦ آراﯾﺶ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎزآراﯾﯽ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺗﻠﻔﺎت ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻓﺮواﻓﺘﺎدﮔﯽ وﻟﺘﺎژ ﺷﯿﻦ ﻫﺎ، را ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻫﻢ زﻣﺎن ﺑﻬﺒﻮد دﻫﺪ و ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﺧﺎﻣﻮﺷﯽ ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات ﺣﺴﺎس در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﺧﻄﺎ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺧﻮد ﺑﺮﺳﺪ. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ آراﯾﺶ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎرﻫﺎي ﺣﺴﺎس ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﻠﯿﺪزﻧﯽ و ﺗﻠﻔﺎت اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Nowadays, due to increasing usage of sensitive loads, power quality in power grids is becoming more and more important. On the other hand, distribution networks have high losses due to high R/X ratio. Network reconfiguration is proposed as a tool that is changing power quality of the network in addition to power losses. In this paper, the effectiveness of network reconfiguration is evaluated on improvement of voltage sag. 1ph-to-ground fault is applied for modelling of voltage sag. IEEE Standard 69-bus distribution network is utilized as case study and particle swarm optimization algorithm for finding the optimum configuration. Results show that network reconfiguration is capable of improving voltage sag in addition to the improvement of power losses. This improvement leads to reduction of outages in sensitive loads during the occurrence of network faults. In addition, sensitivity analysis on the optimum configuration is performed considering the switching and losses cost
