تحليل نقش مشاركت در مديريت پسماند مناطق پيراشهري زاهدان

Analysis of the role of participation in waste management in Urban Peripheral areas of Zahedan

رشد شتابان جمعيت شهري و آلودگي‌هاي زيست­محيطي، ازجمله مسائل حائز اهميتي است كه امروزه نظر بسياري از مديران و برنامه‌ريزان شهري را به خود معطوف كرده است. در اين ميان چگونگي جمع‌آوري و حمل زباله و بازيافت آن در مناطق پيراشهري از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است، لذا مشاركت مردمي در اين زمينه مي‌تواند آثار مثبت اقتصادي و زيست‌محيطي فراواني به همراه داشته باشد. در اين راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر تحليل نقش مشاركت در مديريت پسماند مناطق پيراشهري شهر زاهدان مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق به لحاظ هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ ماهيت و روش تحقيق، پيمايشي است. داده­هاي موردنياز تحقيق به روش اسنادي - ميداني (پرسشنامه و مشاهده) گردآوري‌شده است. جهت تجزيه‌ و تحليل اطلاعات از نرم ­افزار SPSS و مدل‌ PUA استفاده‌شده است. نتايج رتبه‌بندي شاخص‌هاي، ابعاد مشاركت نشان داد: در بعد مشاركت در تصميم‌گيري (مشاركت در ارائه برنامه ­هاي تفكيك زباله از مبدأ)، در بعد مشاركت يد‌ي (مشاركت در اطلاع‌رساني معضلات زيست‌محيطي و حفظ محيط‌زيست) و در بعد مشاركت مالي (تحويل زباله‌هاي تفكيكي به‌صورت رايگان) در اولويت قرار دارند. نتايج مقادير ضريب همبستگي پيرسون بين ابعاد مشاركت (تصميم‌گيري، يد‌ي و مالي) و مديريت پسماند مناطق پيراشهري، نشان داد كه بين تمامي متغير‌هاي مستقل (ابعاد مشاركت) با مديريت پسماند مناطق پيراشهري زاهدان رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري در سطح اطمينان 99 درصد وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد كه مشاركت در مديريت پسماند در مناطق پيراشهري زاهدان مؤثر مي‌باشد. درنهايت به‌منظور شناسايي عوامل مؤثر در مشاركت شهروندان در مديريت پسماند در مناطق پيراشهري زاهدان از مدل PUA، استفاده گرديد.

Accelerated growth of urban population, environmental pollution and so on, including issues that are important to many managers and urban planning, has attracted. Among these, how to collect and transport waste and Recycle it in suburban areas is of Urban Peripheral importance, therefore, public participation in this field can have many positive economic and environmental effects. In this regard, the aim of the present study is Analysis of the role of participation in waste management in Urban Peripheral areas of Zahedan. This research is a survey in terms of applied purpose and in terms of nature and method of research. The data required for the research were collected by documentary-field method (questionnaire and observation). SPSS software and PUA model were used to analyze the data. The results of ranking the indicators showed the dimensions of participation: in the dimension of participation in decision-making (participation in presenting waste separation programs from the source), in the dimension of manual participation (participation in informing about environmental problems and preserving the environment), and in the dimension of financial participation (delivery of separate waste for free) are in priority. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient values between the dimensions of participation (decision-making, manual and financial) and waste management of Urban Peripheral areas, showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all independent variables (participation dimensions) with waste management of Urban Peripheral areas of Zahedan at 99% confidence level. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that participation in waste management is effective in the Urban Peripheral areas of Zahedan. Finally, in order to identify factors affecting the participation of citizens in waste management in the areas around the cities of Zahedan of the PUA, were used.
