چكيده فارسي :
مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) در بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي ضمن مروري به تجربه 40 ساله انقلاب، با اشاره به گام دوم انقلاب، سرفصلها و توصيه هاي اساسي را در بخش‌هايي چون علم و پژوهش، معنويت و اخلاق، اقتصاد، عدالت و مبارزه با فساد، استقلال و آزادي، عزت ملي و روابط خارجي و مرزبندي با دشمن ، سبك زندگي مطرح مي‌كنند. امنيت يكي از پايه هاي اساسي اين هفت محور كلي است زيرا بدون امنيت نمي‌توان انتظار گسترش انقلاب اسلامي، تمدن سازي و رسيدن به جامعه آرماني را داشت. و از طرفي در محيط سيال و ناپايدار امروزينِ جهان، با تهديدات متنوع هيبريدي، امكان وقوع جنگ تركيبي بر عليه جمهوري اسلامي ايران همواره وجود دارد. در اين فضاي به شدت تغييرپذير و نامطمئن، تدوين تاكتيكها، توسعه عملياتي و راهبردهاي نيروهاي مسلح در جنگ‌هاي آينده مبتني بر تكامل انديشه هاي نظامي و فنآوري پيشرفته يك ضرورت حتمي است لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي چيستي ماهيت و ابعاد جنگ تركيبي استكبار جهاني در فرايند تحقق گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي است. اين تحقيق بر مبناي هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي است كه به روش توصيفي- تحليلي صورت گرفته و براي گردآوري داده‌هاي تحقيق نيز از روش كتابخانه اي- اسنادي استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق بيانگر اين مطلب است كه؛ هشت مؤلفۀ عمليات رواني، جنگ اطلاعاتي، جنگ اقتصادي، اقدامات سياسي(عمليات اداري)، جنگ سايبري، اقدامات نيروهاي نظامي منظم و نيروهاي ويژه و حمايت از ناآرامي‌هاي داخلي به عنوان مهم‌ترين مؤلفه هاي جنگ تركيبي به شمار مي رود.

In the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, the Supreme Leader, while reviewing the 40-year experience of the Revolution, referring to the second step of the Revolution, raised some topics and basic recommendations in sections such as science and research, spirituality and ethics, economics, Justice and the fight against corruption, independence and freedom, national dignity and foreign relations, and demarcation with the enemy and the lifestyle. Security is one of the basic foundations of these seven general axes, because without security, one cannot expect the spread of the Islamic Revolution, civilization and the achievement of an ideal society. On the other hand, in today's fluid and unstable environment of the world, with various hybrid threats, there is always the possibility of a combined war against the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this highly volatile and uncertain environment, it is essential to formulate tactics, operational development, and strategies for the armed forces in future wars based on the evolution of military ideas and advanced technology. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the nature and dimensions of the combined war of global arrogance in the process of realizing the second step of the Islamic Revolution. This research is based on the purpose of applied research that has been done by descriptive-analytical method and library-documentary method has been used to collect research data. The findings of the study indicate that the most important components of combined warfare are: the eight components of psychological operations, intelligence warfare, economic warfare, political action (administrative operations), cyber warfare, actions of regular military forces and special forces, and support for internal unrest.
