بررسي مضامين فراگير موثر در سياست‌گذاري و آينده غذا در مناطق شهري

Investigating the All-encompassing Themes Influencing Food Policy and Future in Urban Areas

در مناطق شهري موضوع غذا با ساير چالش‌ها و مسايل شهرها آميخته شده و ساختاردهي به موضوع را مشكل نموده است. نداشتن ساختار مناسب و پيچيدگي باعث گرديده كه در اين تحقيق با استفاده از ديدگاه‌هاي خبرگان مختلف به موضوع نگريسته شود. هدف اين تحقيق عبارت است از تلاش عملي براي شناسايي مضامين و مقوله‌هايي كه منجر به پايداري سيستم غذا در شهرها و بهره‌مندي نسل‌هاي آينده از اين ميراث طبيعي خواهد شد. داده‌هاي تحقيق از طريق مصاحبه با خبرگان گرداوري گرديده است. سوال تحقيق اين است كه با در نظر گرفتن سيستم غذا در مقياس شهري و با هدف حركت به سوي توسعه پايدار شهر از ديدگاه متخصصان غذا چه ايده‌هاي در خصوص سياست‌گذاري، برنامه‌ريزي، هماهنگ نمودن مراكز، مسئولين و دست‌اندركاران غذا و تغذيه، و اجرايي شدن سياست‌ها قابل طرح است؟ و چگونه مي توان اين ايده‌ها را يكپارچه نمود. پژوهش حاضر مبتني بر استفاده از دو روش تحليل مضمون و مفهوم ديدگاه‌هاي چندگانه مي‌باشد. براي انجام فرآيند تحليل از نرم افزار اطلس. تي آي استفاده شده است. در اين پژوهش در مجموع 392 مفهوم و 33 مقوله استخراج شده است. از مجموعه 33 مقوله 13 مقوله در زير مجموعه ديدگاه سازماني، 8 مقوله زيرمجموعه ديدگاه فردي و 12 مقوله زير مجموعه ديدگاه فني قرار گرفته‌اند. احصاء مضامين و مقوله‌هاي متنوع در خصوص موضوع غذا در مناطق شهري نشان مي‌دهد كه بايد نسبت به مسئله غذا و تحولات مرتبط با آن در شهرها توجه بيشتري داشته باشيم تا قبل از غافلگيري، سياست‌هاي قابل قبولي اتخاذ كنيم.

In urban areas, the issue of food has been mixed with other challenges and has made it difficult to solve the issue. Lack of proper structure and complexity has led to the study of the issue using the views of various experts. The purpose of this research is a practical effort to identify themes and categories that may lead to the sustainability of the food system in cities and the benefit of future generations of this natural heritage. Research data were collected through interviews with experts. The research question is that considering the food system on an urban scale and with the aim of moving towards sustainable development of the city from the perspective of food experts, what are the ideas about policy-making, planning, coordinating centers, officials and stakeholders in food and nutrition, and implementing policies? Can it be designed? And, how it is possible to integrate these ideas? The present study is based on the use of two methods of content analysis and the concept of multiple perspectives. To perform the analysis process, Atlas-TI software is used. In this research, a total of 392 concepts and 33 categories have been extracted. Out of 33 categories, 13 categories are under the organizational perspective, 8 categories are under the individual perspective and 12 categories are under the technical perspective. A census of various topics and categories on the subject of food in urban areas shows that we need to pay more attention to the issue of food and related developments in cities in order to adopt acceptable policies before being surprised.
