Structural Modeling of Urban livability with Emphasis on Social Components (Case Study: Ardabil City)

زﯾﺴﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺷﻬﺮي ﮐﻪ در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺷﻬﺮي ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد در ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ ﺑﺨﺶ وﺳﯿﻌﯽ از ادﺑﯿﺎت ﺷـﻬﺮي را ﺑـﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داده اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ در ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺤﺮان ﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮي راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽ دﻫـﺪ ﮐـﻪ ﺷـﻬﺮﻫﺎ را ﺑـﻪ ﺳـﻤﺖ و ﺳـﻮي ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﺳﻮق ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ازﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘـﺎت ﺗﻮﺻـﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠـﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ و اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ دو روش اﺳﻨﺎدي و ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اول داده ﻫﺎي ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﺗﺴﺖ، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻫﺮ ﮐﺪام از ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ در ﺷﻬﺮ اردﺑﯿﻞ ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري AMOS ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣـﯽ دﻫـﺪ ﮐـﻪ راﺑﻄـﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ )اﺑﻌﺎد اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ زﯾﺴﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺷﻬﺮي( در ﺷﻬﺮ اردﺑﯿﻞ وﺟﻮد دارد و آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي ﻣـﺪل ﯾـﺎﺑﯽ و ﺑﺮازﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ AMOS ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ آزﻣﻮﻧﻬـﺎي ﻣﺤﺎﺳـﺒﺎﺗﯽ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﺎﻧﺪارد آزﻣـﻮن ﻫـﺎي ﺑﺮازﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري)RMR ﺑﺎ 096%، GFI ﺑﺎ 97 %، AGFI ﺑﺎ 648% و NFI ﺑﺎ 737%( ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻨﺪي را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫـﺪ و اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل را ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻣﯽ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ.

Urban viability which ultimately leads to sustainable urban development, in recent years it has devoted a great deal of urban studies. This category offers solutions to urban crisis that lead cities to sustainability. Based on this study in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of nature and method, its descriptive analytical research. The method of collecting data and information in this research is in both documentary and survey method. In firs step the obtained data assessment by SPSS software and then by using of T -Test examination status of each of the components for the Ardabil city was evaluated and assessment by using of Amos structural equation model. The obtained results show a significant relationship between under review components (social dimensions of Urban viability) in the city of Ardabil and modeling tests and structural equation fitness in Amos environment showed that all research computational tests shows similarity with structural equation fitness tests standard (RMR with 0.96, GFI with 0.97, AGFI with 0.648 and NFI with 0.737) and this confirms the significance of the components and the fit of the model.
