Capacities of Building Information Modeling Technology (BIM) in utilizing the theoretical foundations of Construction with a focus on architecture

بيان مسئله:مجموعه تغييرات و ارائه نظريات مختلف در علوم انساني معاصر همزمان شده است با شكل گيري فناوري هاي ساخت در عرصه ابنيه. مسئله هماهنگي در بهره گيري از داشته هاي نظري علوم انساني در خلال اين پيشرفت هاي فني، به گونه اي كه همگامي عرصه نظري (ميان افزاري) با عرصه هاي عملي (نرم و سخت افزاري) نسبت به يكديگر حفظ گشته، و شاهد بروز فناوري هاي بي پشتوانه نظري يا برعكس نباشم، امري هويتي گشته است.فناوري مدلسازي اطلاعات ساختماني، به عنوان راه حلي جامع در عرصه ابنيه، داراي اهميت روز افزون در اين عرصه گشته كه كمتر به بررسي پشتوانه ها و توامندي هاي نظري آن توجه گرديده است. پژوهش جاري به دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال است كه توامندي هاي اين فناوري در زمينه استفاده از دستاوردها و قابليت هاي نظري در فرايند هاي مرتبط با آن، چيست. روش تحقيق: پژوهش جاري به روش كيفي با ماهيت بنيادين، با استفاده از گرآوردي اسناد كتابخانه اي و تبيين تحليلي صورت گرفته است. يافته ها و نتايج: بر اساس تركيب داشت هاي موجود و ايجاد تغييرات پيشنهاد شده در اين پژوهش، ظرفيت بسيار عظيمي در اين فناوري براي شكل دهي به نسل بعدي آن، از طريق توجه به نقش مباني نظري معماري اسلامي و ايراني و ساير رشته هاي مرتبط با ابنيه وجود دارد.

Building Information Modeling (BIM), combined with information technology with architecture and construction, is known as a fundamental change in the management, measurement and monitoring of construction process as online and throughout the entire whole process and life cycle of construction.In the meantime, the issue of coordination in the use of the theoretical resources of the humanities has become an issue of identity during these technical advances. In such a way that the governments have demanded the synchronization of the theoretical field (Firmware) with the practical fields (soft and hardware) in relation to each other, so that we do not see the emergence of unsupported theoretical technologies. In such a way that the need to examine Theoretical evidence and hidden capacities of these development projects are already emerging more than ever. The growing and undeniable importance of this technology led to the formation of many “technologically research” studies in this field, in such a way that less attention has been paid to the study of its theoretical supports and capabilities. So, the main aim is that what are the capabilities of this technology in using the achievements and theoretical capabilities in the related processes. This qualitative study with a fundamental approach, using library documents and analytical explanation, aims to answer the questions. Based on the existing capabilities and proposed changes in this research, there is a huge potential in this technology for shaping its next generation due to the role of theoretical bases in the field related to aquatic.
