تبيين افزايش شيوع اختلالات طيف اُتيسم بر مبناي نظريه تغيير مفهومي تاگارد

در اين مقاله با استفاده از نظريه‌ي درخت تغيير مفهومي تاگارد در پيِ تبيين افزايش تعداد افرادِ داراي «اختلالات طيف اُتيسم» هستيم. در نگاه اول تبيين افزايش تعداد موردهاي اين اختلال مي‌تواند ناشي از زياد شدن واقعي تعداد افراد، بنا به دلايلي كه هنوز مشحص نشده‌اند، باشد،ِ يا اين‌كه متخصصان علوم پزشكي به ابزارهاي دقيق‌تري براي شناسايي و غربالگري دست پيدا كرده‌اند. اما اين تبيين اوليه‌ي افزايشِ تعدادِ افراد مي‌تواند تبيين‌هاي مكمل هم داشته باشد مانند طبي‌سازي و تغيير مفهومي. در اين مقاله به تبيين تغيير مفهومي مي‌پردازيم؛ به اين صورت كه افزايش تعداد موارد در اثر تغييرات در مفهوم اين اختلال باشد كه نتيجه آن شمول افراد جديدي است كه سابقاً در اين طيف قرار نمي‌گرفتند. همچنين به نظريه‌ي درخت تغيير مفهومي پاول تاگارد كه وي در آن بر روي تغيير مفهوميِ سلسله‌مراتبيِ بيماري سل تحقيق كرده است به عنوان تبيين جايگزين ارجاع داده شده است و با كاربست نظريه‌ي او نشان مي‌دهيم كه افزايش تعدادِ مواردِ اختلالات طيف اُتيسم مي‌تواند علاوه بر محتمل بودن افزايش تعداد افراد و دقيق‌تر شدن ابزارهاي پزشكي، ناشي از تغيير مفهومي اُتيسم باشد.

In this article, we use Thagard's conceptual tree theory to explain the increase in the number of people with "Autism Spectrum Disorders." At first glance, the explanation for the increase in the number of cases of this disorder may be due to the actual increase in the number of people, for reasons that have not yet been identified. o‎r that medical professionals have developed more accurate tools for identification and screening. But this initial explanation for the increase in the number of people can also have complementary explanations, such as medicalization and conceptual change. In this article, we explain the conceptual change; In such a way that the increase in the number of cases is due to changes in the concept of this disorder, which results in the inclusion of new people who were not previously included in this spectrum. It is also cited as an alternative explanation for Paul Thagard's theory of the tree of conceptual change, in which he researched the conceptual hierarchical change of tuberculosis an‎d by applying his theory, we show that the increase in the number of cases of autism spectrum disorders can be due to a change in the concept of autism, in addition to the possibility of an increase in the number of people and more accurate medical devices..
