تحليل تاثيرات اقتصاد ليبرال سرمايه داري بر افول سبك زندگي اسلامي در معماري و شهرسازي معاصر ايران

Analysis of the effects of liberal capitalist economy on the decline of Islamic lifestyle in contemporary architecture and urbanism of Iran

مسئله اي كه طي اين پژوهش مورد ژرفكاوي قرار مي گيرد، بررسي چيستي تاثيرات نظام اقتصادي ليبرال سرمايه داري بر فرايند افول سبك زندگي اسلامي در تحولات كالبدي فضايي معاصر ايران است. بدين منظور از روشي تركيبي (مركب از روش مطالعات اسنادي در مقام گردآوري داده ها و روش تحليل محتواي كيفي در مقاوم تحليل داده ها) استفاده شده است. طبق يافته هاي اين پژوهش، بسياري از مسايل مرتبط با افول سبك زندگي اسلامي در معماري و شهرسازي معاصر ايران نظير ظهور قطب بندي و اختلاف طبقاتي در مناطق شهري، بروز معضل حاشيه نشيني، افزايش شديد قيمت زمين و بالتبع كوچك شدن قطعات تفكيك زمين، عدم امكان اجراي بسياري از اصول معماري اسلامي نظير درون گرايي و جداكردن اندروني از بيروني به دليل كوچك شدن قطعات اراضي مسكوني، تضعيف كيفيت در فضا هاي زيست انساني و كمي شدن اين فضا ها، ترويج مصرف گرايي و بالتبع ظهور تغييرات كالبدي گسترده در مراكز تجاري و بسياري از مسايل ديگر همگي ريشه در تاثيرات نظام اقتصادي ليبرال سرمايه داري دارند و لذا يافتن چاره اين نوع مسايل و احياء سبك زندگي اسلامي در نظام كالبدي معاصر ايران، پيش از آنكه نيازمند تجديدنظر در سياست هاي كالبدي و نظامات شهرسازي كشور باشد، نيازمند بازنگري عميق و جدي در نظامات كلان اقتصادي كشور است.

One of the most important areas which influences on architecture and urbanization is economy and its various components. During recent decades, due to changes in contemporary economic affairs of Iran, the architecture and urbanization of the country have undergone many changes which a significant part of these changes is rooted in the liberal-capitalist economic system. Accordingly, the problem that has been dealt with in this article is the study of the effects of the liberal-capitalist economic system on architecture and urbanization, and in particular, the contemporary physical spatial transformations of Iran.This article has been used to deepen this problem by a combining method (consisting of documentary method for data collecting and qualitative content analysis method for data analysis). According to the findings of this study, many of the problems of contemporary architecture and urbanization in Iran, such as the emergence of polarization and class differentiation in urban areas, the emergence of row housing phenomenon, the degradation of quality in biosphere spaces and the diminution of these spaces and etc., all are rooted in the effects of the liberal capitalist system which in this paper, the role of this economic system in the process of occurrence of these problems is explained.
