An analytical introduction to the division of hadith books into chapters

كتابهاي حديثي از دوره تدوينهاي رسمي كه در دسترس است، از تبويب برخوردار بودهاند. اين مقاله در صدد است با نگاهي تحليلي و بيروني به اين تبويبها، نخست تعريف و گونهشناسي نسبت بدانها انجام دهد و سپس عوامل مؤثر بر تبويب را كه عمدتاً به ويژگيهاي فردي مؤلف و زمانه او بر ميگردد، با ذكر نمونه و شواهد نشان دهد. نياوردن حديث در باب مربوطه، نداشتن توجه لازم به احاديث معارض و مخالف، آوردن احاديث با مضمون عام در ذيل عنوان خاص بخشي از آسيبهاي تبويبهاي موجود است كه براي مصونيت از آسيبها راهكارهايي مانند مواجهۀ آگاهانه با تبويبهاي بازسازي مصادر اوليه و نمايههاي موضوعي پيشنهاد شده است.

Hadith books that have been available from the time of official compilations, have enjoyed divisions into chapters (tabwīb). With an analytical external approach to these divisions into chapters, this article aims at introducing them and performing typology about them first, and then showing the effective factors for division into chapters which mostly refer to personal characteristics of the compiler and his time by making use of examples and instances. This article also carries out a pathology with regard to the existing instances of division into chapters and indicates their weak points. The last section of this article offers working procedures to remain immune from these damages constitutes the hast section of the article.
