نقش واسطه‌اي خودكارآمدي‌جنسي در رابطه بين ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي و رضايت زناشويي در زنان متأهل شهر تهران

THE MEDIATING ROLE OF SEXUAL SELF-EFFICACY IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS an‎d MARITAL SATISFACTION IN MARRIED WOMEN IN TEHRAN

پيش‌زمينه و هدف: رضايت از زندگي زناشويي به عوامل مختلفي بستگي دارد و يكي از عوامل مهم تأثيرگذار بر رضايت زناشويي، خودكارآمدي­ جنسي است. هدف اين مطالعه تعيين نقش واسطه ­اي خودكارآمدي جنسي بين ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي و رضايت زناشويي بود. مواد و روش‌ كار: روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگي بود و جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل تمامي زنان متأهل ساكن در شهر تهران بود. در اين تحقيق، 290 زن متأهل از طريق نمونه‌گيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه ­ي رضايت زناشويي انريچ، سياهه ­ي شخصيت (NEO-FFI) و پرسشنامه­ ي خودكارآمدي ­جنسي را تكميل كردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي، ضريب همبستگي، تحليل مسير و تست بوت استرپ با استفاده از SPSS و AMOS تجزيه‌وتحليل شد. يافته­ ها: نتايج نشان داد كه بين ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي (وظيفه‌شناسي، برون­گرايي، روان ­رنجورخويي) و خودكارآمدي­ جنسي با رضايت زناشويي، همبستگي معناداري وجود دارد و خودكارآمدي­ جنسي مي‌تواند به‌طور معناداري نقش واسطه‌اي بين روان ­رنجورخويي، برون­گرايي و رضايت زناشويي داشته باشد. بحث و نتيجه­ گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه سطوح پايين روان­ رنجور­خويي و سطوح بالاي برون­گرايي، مي ­تواند با افزايش خودكارآمدي­ جنسي باعث افزايش رضايت زناشويي ­شود. با توجه به تأثير رضايت زناشويي بر سلامت جسمي و رواني زوج‌ها، پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه درمانگران توجه بيشتري به مؤلفه‌هاي اين مطالعه، به‌ويژه خودكارآمدي­ جنسي داشته باشند.

Background & Aims: Satisfaction with marital life depends on several factors, and one of the important factor that influencing marital satisfaction is sexual self-efficacy. The aim of this study was to determine the mediating role of sexual self-efficacy between personality characteristics and marital satisfaction. Materials & Methods: This study was a correlational study. The statistical population of the study included all married women living in Tehran. In this study, 290 married women were selected through convenient sampling and they completed NEO-Five Factor Inventory (FFI), Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire and sexual self-efficacy questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient, path analysis and bootstrap test were used to analyze the data using SPSS and AMOS softwares. Results: the results showed that there were significant correlations between personality characteristics (conscientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism) and sexual self-efficacy with marital satisfaction and sexual self-efficacy can significantly have a mediating role between extraversion & neuroticism and marital satisfaction. Conclusion: The results showed that low levels of neuroticism and high levels of extraversion can increase marital satisfaction through increasing sexual self-efficacy. Due to effect of marital satisfaction on physical and psychological health of couples, it suggested that therapists pay more attention to the components of this study, especially sexual self-efficacy.
