Designing a balanced development model for the freight transport industry based on strategic capital management

از ديرباز تاكنون، توسعه سرمايه، افزايش رشد اقتصادي، توسعه ميزان ارتباطات و مبادلات اقتصادي و در يك تعريف عام، توليد ثروت براي كشورها، از اهميت فراواني برخوردار بوده است. علي رغم اهميت بالاي تأثير صنعت حمل‌ونقل جاده اي كالا در توسعه اقتصاد كشور، داده هاي آماري حكايت از توسعه پايين اين صنعت متناسب با ظرفيت هاي موجود و موقعيت ژئواستراتژيك سرزميني ايران دارد، از اين رو، مسئله اصلي پژوهش حاضر «طراحي مدلي توسعه صنعت حمل‌ونقل جاده اي كالا مبتني بر مديريت راهبردي سرمايه ها» بوده است. اين پژوهش داراي ماهيتي اكتشافي- كاربردي؛ با پارادايم تفسيري-ساختاري؛ رويكرد آميخته با روش‌هاي كيفي داده بنياد و روش كمي معادلات ساختاري است منبع گردآوري داده‌ها در اين پژوهش در فاز كيفي مقالات، اسناد بالادستي، مصاحبه‌ها و در فاز كمي پرسشنامه و روش تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها در فاز كيفي داده بنياد/ نظام‌مند با بهره مندي از نرم‌افزار مكس كيو دا و در فاز كمي معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ليزرل مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش نخبگان و خبرگان حوزه حمل‌ونقل جاده اي كالا بودند كه با روش گلوله برفي شناسايي و انتخاب و تا اشباع نظري اين فرآيند ادامه داشته است. بر اساس يافته هاي اين پژوهش ابعاد الگوي مذكور عبارتند از: دانش و پژوهش؛ ارتقاء الگوهاي رفتاري؛ بهبود فرآيندهاي فضاي كسب و كار؛ هوشمند سازي فرآيندها؛ استفاده از فنّاوري و تجهيزات روز؛ توسعه زيرساخت‌ها.

This research has an exploratory-applied nature; With interpretive-structural paradigm; The approach combined with the qualitative methods of data is the basis and the quantitative method is structural equations. Max QD software and in a small phase structural equations using LISREL software. The statistical population of this study was the elites and experts in the field of road freight transport, which was identified and selected by the snowball method and continued until the theoretical saturation of this process. Based on the findings of this study, the dimensions of the model are: knowledge and research; Promoting behavioral patterns; Improving business environment processes; Process intelligence; Use of modern technology and equipment; Infrastructure development
