The Role of The development of economical and political culture in Cultural Development in Championship Sport

دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ-اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي در ورزش، ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺟﺪي ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ورزش و ﺑﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت ﺑﻬﺘﺮ،ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ-اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي درﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ورزش ﻗﻬﺮﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮد. روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ: روش اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ ﺑﻮد. اﺑﺘﺪاﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﮥ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ 24ﮔﻮﯾﻪ اي ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻟﯿﮑﺮت ﭘﻨﺞ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪاي ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ورواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪي، ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ )α=0/85( ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد143 ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎس وﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮ ﺣﻮزه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ورزش ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭼﺮﺧﺶ ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻣﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﺎ و ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪي ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻫﺮ ﮔﻮﯾﻪ و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ درورزش ﻗﻬﺮﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺷﺶ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ-اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺟﻬﺎن ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﻻري، واﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ ،ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻣﺮدﻣﯽ، ﺗﺠﺎرت ورزﺷﯽ و اﺧﻼق اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺿﻤﻨﺎً ﮔﻮﯾﻪ ﻫﺎي، ﮐﺴﺐ ﮐﺮﺳﯽ و ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ از ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﮐﺸﻮر در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ، واﮔﺬاري ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ و ﺗﺨﺼﺺ، وﺟﻮد ﺗﻔﮑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ و درازﻣﺪت و ﭘﺮﻫﯿﺰ از روزﻣﺮﮔﯽ در ورزش، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯽ در ورزش، وﺟﻮد ﻗﻮاﻧﯿﻦ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺘﯽ از اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ورزش و ﺑﺮﺧﻮرد ﺑﺎ ﻓﺴﺎدﻣﺎﻟﯽ در ورزش ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ در ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺟﻬﺎن ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﻻري ، واﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻣﺮدﻣﯽ، ﺗﺠﺎرت ورزﺷﯽ و اﺧﻼق اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: وﺟﻮدزﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮔﺴﺘﺮده ﺑﺮاي ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ دراﺑﻌﺎد ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ واﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ورزش وﻣﻠﻤﻮس ﺑﻮدن ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آن درﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ دراﯾﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ-اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي درورزش اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺧﻮد ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ درورزش ﻗﻬﺮﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﺮدد.

Achieving the economical and political goals on sport requires serious consideration to culture and sport and in better words to a cultural development .The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the development of economical and political culture in cultural development in Championship sport.Methodology: The method of the research was a mixed-model protocol. At first, a researcher-made questionnaire consisted of 24-item Likert scale was used after confirmation of validity and content. Reliability was also confirmed with Cronbach's alpha (0.85). 143 experts in the field of cultural and sport studies were selected purposively as the sample. The statistical method included exploratory factor analysis with Varimax rotation in order to identify factors, followed by a confirmatory factor analysis to test the impact of the identified factor and items on the cultural development in Championship sport.Findings: The results showed in order of importance universalism, meritocracy, Realism, people's participation, sports business and economic ethics were identified as the six factors which are related to development of economic and ploitical culture. Furthermore, the items of, Get a place and support of representatives in international sports organizations, Assignmentof Sport responsibilities based on the experience and expertise, being strategic thought and long time avoiding of routine in sport, Private sector participation in sport, and Being Protection laws of Sport Economy and Collision with corruption in sport, considering the factors of universalism, meritocracy, Realism, people's participation, sports business and economic ethics were the priorities, respectivel.Conclusion: Being Wide fields for activities in the economical and political dimensions of sport and tangible results in the of society,the need attention to culture in this dimension as development of political-economic culture in sport that could be cultural development Championship sport.
