چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ و ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪﻟﯽ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت ﺑﯿﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ اﺳﺖ. روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﻧﻮﻋﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ آﻣﯿﺨﺘﮥ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ و ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯽ- ﮐﻤﯽ اﺳﺖ. در ﮔﺎم اول، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان)7 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ( از ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻧﻈﺮي اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج و ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﮥ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. در ﮔﺎم ﺑﻌﺪ، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮي، رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮات 25 ﺧﺒﺮه ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ورزﺷﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ؛ اﯾﻦ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي، ﻧﺤﻮة ارﺗﺒﺎط و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ و ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل از اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و ﻓﺮدي از اﺛﺮﮔﺬاري ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻘﯿﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردارﻧﺪ. ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان اوﻟﻮﯾﺘﯽ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ در اﻧﺘﺨﺎب، اﻧﺘﺼﺎب و ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Due to the different composition of factors affecting competency in different organizations, this study aims to identify the effective factors of the competency of physical education managers in universities and design a model for communication between them. In the next step, using the analytical structural analysis methodology, the relationships between these factors were determined and analyzed in an integrated manner. Methodology: The present study is an exploratory blended research involving two qualitative and quantitative parts. In the first step, the effective factors of managerial competence (7 factors) from theoretical literature are extracted and verified by interviewing sports management experts. Results: The results of this research led to the classification, communication and interaction of effective factors on the competence of physical education managers and model design of these factors. The results showed that Islamic and individual factors have more effect than the rest of the factors. Conclusion: The assessment and development of these factors should be considered as a key priority in the selection, appointment and evaluation of the performance of university managers.
