چكيده فارسي :
آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺰﺷـﮑﯽ و ﺗﺮﺑﯿــﺖ ﻧﯿــﺮوﻫﺎي اﻧﺴــﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ و ﮐﺎرآﻣــﺪ، ﻫﻤــﻮاره از دﻏﺪﻏﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻗﺪﻣﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ در ﮐـﺸﻮر ﻣـﺎ ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت، ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ و ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ و ﺗﻼش ﺑـﺮاي ﺑﺮﻃﺮف ﮐﺮدن و اﺻـﻼح آنﻫـﺎ ﻣﻮﺟـﺐ ﺑﻬﺒـﻮد دﺳـﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑـﻪ اﻫـﺪاف آﻣـﻮزﺷﯽ و ﺗﺮﺑﯿـﺖ اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺺ، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ و ﮐﺎراﻣﺪ در ﺳـﻄﺢ ﮐـﺸﻮر ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﻟﺬا اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف واﮐﺎوي ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺧﺮاﺳﺎن ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.
روش ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮي ﻗﺮاردادي و ﺑﺮ روي 15 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺑﺎﻟﯿﻨﯽ و ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺎﯾﻪ داﻧﺸﮑﺪهي ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ، داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮ ﮔﺮوه آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺎﻟﯿﻨﯽ، ﻣﻌﺎون درﻣﺎن، ﻣﻌﺎون آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺧﺮاﺳﺎن ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ در ﺳﺎل 1399 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺑﺎ روش ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻫﺪف ﺑﻮد.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻪ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش، ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي و ﻫﻔﺖ زﯾﺮ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ: ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ﻓﻀﺎي ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات، ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ، ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ و ﻧﻈﺎرت، ﻋﻠﻞ اﻧﮕﯿﺰﺷﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﮔﺮي اﺳﺖ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪي ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، درك ﻋﻤﯿﻖﺗﺮي از ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. درك اﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ رﺷﺘﻪي ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ و ﻏﻠﺒﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﭘﯿﺶ روي آن ﮐﻤﮏ ﮐﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Medical education and training efficient human resources have always been among educational planners’ concerns. Given the history of medical education in our country, identification of medical education problems, barriers, and challenges and attempting to eliminate or correct them will increase the chance of achieving educational goals and training expert, capable and efficient people. Therefore, the present study aimed to analyze the educational challenges of general medicine students at North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences.
Materials & Methods: This qualitative study was performed on 15 faculty members, medical students, the head of the medical education department, treatment vice-chancellors, and education and research vice-chancellors using conventional content analysis in 2020. The subjects were selected by purposive sampling.
Results: In this study, the most important educational challenges of medical students were classified into three categories of educational structures, training processes, and underlying components and seven sub-categories of human resources, physical space, equipment, planning, management, evaluation and monitoring, motivational causes and professionalism.
Conclusion: Our findings provided a deeper understanding of the educational challenges of medical students, comprehension of which helps develop the field of medicine and eliminate its barriers.
