چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﺎن ﺳﺎده اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ اﺷﯿﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﺷﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ اﻃﺮاف ﻣﺎ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد . اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ اﺷﯿﺎ از دو واژه ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، اﺑﺘﺪا اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن از ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ IP ﺑﻮدن آن اﺳﺖ و ﺳﭙﺲ اﺷﯿﺎ ﮐﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه اﺷﯿﺎ و دﺳﺘﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﻣﺘﺠﺎﻧﺲ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺧﻮاﻫﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻢ ﻣﺘﺼﻞ ﺷﺪه و ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﺎدل داده ﺑﭙﺮدازﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﯿﻠﯿﺎردﻫﺎ ﺷﯽء ﻣﯿﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﺎ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ و ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﻃﺮاف ﺧﻮد ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺮﻗﺮار ﮐﻨﻨﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﺎدل اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﭙﺮدازﻧﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺒﺎدل اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﯿﻦ اﺷﯿﺎ و اﻧﺴﺎن روﻧﺪ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ را ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ داده اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ اﺷﯿﺎ ﺑﻌﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻧﻮﻇﻬﻮر ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ دو ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ي دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ و ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ، دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت را ﮔﺴﺘﺮدهﺗﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎﻧﮑﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮ ﺷﺪن ﭘﯿﺶ ﻣﯿﺮود زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻬﺎ را ﻫﺮ ﭼﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﺗﺤﺖ اﻟﺸﻌﺎع ﺧﻮد ﻗﺮار ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داد. درﻣﺎن ازﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ اﺷﯿﺎ ﻧﻮﻋﯽ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺣﺴﮕﺮﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺴﯿﻢ را در ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺗﻌﺒﯿﻪ ﻣﯿﮑﻨﺪ، ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﯿﻤﺎران و ﮐﺎدر ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات را ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ ﻣﺠﻬﺰ و ﺑﻬﻢ ﻣﺘﺼﻞ ﻣﯿﮑﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ اﻧﻘﻼﺑﯽ ﺑﺴﻮي ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﻣﺪرن ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﺎﺷﯿﻢ. اﯾﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺎ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد آن، ﮔﺮﭼﻪ در ﻫﺴﺘﻪ ﺧﻮد ﺑﺮ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ و اﺗﺼﺎﻻت آن ﺑﻨﺎ ﻧﻬﺎده ﺷﺪه، ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ از زﻣﯿﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ داﻧﺶ را ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﯿﺸﻮد. دراﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ اﺑﺘﺪا ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺗﺼﺎل و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ اﺷﯿﺎء ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺒﺎدل اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﯿﺎن دﺳﺘﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮارﻣﯿﮕﯿﺮد، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽﺷﺪه و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﻫﺎ، ﭼﺎﻟﺸﻬﺎ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﯿﺎده ﺳﺎزي اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ اﺷﯿﺎء در ﺣﻮزه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ و در ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮع روزاﻓﺰون وﯾﺮوس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ)ﮐﻮوﯾﺪ19( ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎي ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪي ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺗﻤﺎس ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮد ﻧﺎﻗﻞ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري، ﮐﻤﮏ ﺷﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Simply put, the Internet of Things (IoT) is defined as the ability to connect all the objects around us, through the internet. The Internet of Things is composed of two words, First internet that shows IoT is based on IP and then objects that represent objects and disparate devices wanting to connect and their data exchange. In this technology, billions of objects can communicate with each other and with their surroundings and to exchange information. The exchange of information between objects and human life has changed quickly. The IoT as an emerging technology by combining digital and physical realms, has expanded access to information technology and improved human life under his influence. The IoT therapy is a technology that incorporates wireless sensors into medical equipment, then equips and connects patients and hospital staff and equipment to the Internet to revolutionize modern medicine. Although this technology, with all its dimensions, is based on its core network and connections, It is a combination of different fields of knowledge in terms of research. In this article, we first examine the various connection and interaction technologies used in the IoT to exchange information between devices, and then inspect the applications, challenges, and implementation of the IoT in the field of medical sciences. Finally, given the growing prevalence of Coronavirus (covid-19), smart medical technologies that have been helpful, to minimize contact with the patient will be discussed.
