چكيده فارسي :
ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ اﯾﺜﺎر ﻣﺴﺘﻠﺰم ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﯾﻦ رواﺑﻂ ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﮐﺴﺐ درﮐﯽ ﻋﻤﯿﻖ از ﭘﯿﺸﺮان ﻫﺎي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ ﺷﮑﻞ ﮔﯿﺮي آن ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﻮار ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭼﻬﺎر ﻓﺎز ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ، ﺻﻮرتﺑﻨﺪي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﯿﺪي ﺑﻮد؛ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﺑﺎ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻋﻠﻤﯽ و ﻧﯿﺰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري اﺛﺮات ﻣﺘﻘﺎﻃﻊ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻣﯿﮏﻣﮏ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 20ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ اﻟﮕﻮي ﭘﺴﺘﻞ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﯿﺪي ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آﯾﻨﺪه رواﺑﻂ ﻓﯿﻤﺎﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي 20ﮔﺎﻧﻪ، »ﺷﻬﺎدت ﻃﻠﺒﯽ« ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﭘﯿﺸﺮان و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﭼﻮن »اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻨﺎﺳﮏ دﯾﻨﯽ«، »ﻧﻘﺶ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه در ﺗﺮوﯾﺞ دﯾﻨﺪاري«، »ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري از ارزش ﻫﺎ«، »رﻓﺘﺎر دﯾﻨﯽ«، »ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﺑﺴﯿﺠﯽ« ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﯿﺪي آن ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ را در اﻋﻤﺎل ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ اﯾﺜﺎر و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ دارﻧﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
expanding the culture of self-sacrifice requires identifying effective variables in this area. managing these relationships requires an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence their formation, the main purpose of which is research. the research process consisted of four phases: identification, structural formulation, analysis of variables and determination of key variables. therefore, by referring to scientific experts and also using structural analysis of cross-effects with mickmack software, 20 variables were identified in the postmodern model and analyzed to determine key variables for future management of each other's relationships. accordingly, among the 20 variables, "martyrdom" as proponents and variables as "doing religious rites", "the role of the university in promoting religiosity", "sustainability of values", "religious behavior", "basiji thinking" the key variables are those that are most capable of managing to develop a culture of self-sacrifice and resistance.
