چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: اسلام همواره بر سياست جنايي مشاركتي تاكيده داشته است در واقع نقش و جايگاه مردم و جامعه مدني در عرصه علوم جنايي و واكنش به پديده مجرمانه خاصه در قبال جرايم اقتصادي همواره متغير بوده و در تاريخ عدالت كيفري نيز همين وضعيت را پشت سر گذاشته است.
مواد و روش‌ها: اين تحقيق از نوع نظري بوده روش تحقيق به صورت توصيفي تحليلي ميباشد و روش جمعآوري اطلاعات بصورت كتابخانه اي است و با مراجعه به اسناد، كتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است.
يافته‌ها: نقش و هدف اصلي سياست جنايي در يك جامعه، كنترل مؤثر جرم و مهار پديده‌هاي مجرمانه است. هدف از سياست‌گذاري اقتصادي در حوزه اقتصاد مبارزه با فساد و جرايم اقتصادي است. دولت‌ها همواره در تلاش هستند تا با سياست‌گذاري و اجراي برنامه‌هاي مختلف، خود را از نظر اقتصادي كارآمد كنند. زيرا آرامش و ثبات اقتصادي مهمترين و اساسي ترين مؤلفه امنيت محسوب مي‌شود.
ملاحظات اخلاقي: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعايت اصالت محتوا، صداقت و امانت داري رعايت شده است.
نتيجه‌گيري: فساد در نظام اقتصادي جرمي است كه سال هاست محور سياست‌هاي قانونگذاري ايران بوده است، اما شتابزدگي قانونگذار در تدوين قوانين مرتبط مانع از آن شده است كه سياست جنايي منسجم و قاطعي را در اين زمينه دنبال كند. بنابراين موفقيت در امر پيشگيري از جرايم مرتبط با جرايم اقتصادي منوط به مشاركت تمامي كنشگران جامعه مدني است.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Islam has always emphasized participatory criminal policy. In fact, the role and position of people and civil society in the field of criminal science and response to criminal phenomena, especially economic crimes, has always been variable and the same situation in the history of criminal justice has laid.
Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Findings: The main role and purpose of criminal policy in a society is effective control of crime and curbing criminal phenomena. The purpose of economic policy in the field of economics is to fight corruption and economic crime. Governments are always trying to be economically efficient by making policies and implementing various programs. Because economic peace and stability is the most important and fundamental component of security.
Ethical considerations: In all stages of writing the present study, while respecting the originality of the content, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.
Conclusion: Corruption in the economic system is a crime that has been the focus of Iranian legislative policies for many years, but the legislator's haste in drafting related laws has prevented him from pursuing a coherent and decisive criminal policy in this regard. Therefore, success in preventing economic crime-related crimes depends on the participation of all civil society actors.
