زمينه و هدف: يكي از آسيب هاي اجتماعي كه جامع را تهديد مي‌كند افزايش روزافزون پديده بزه ديدگي اطفال است. بزه ديدگي كودك به معناي هر گونه آسيب جسمي يا رواني، سوء استفاده جنسي و يا غفلت و بي توجهي به نيازهاي اساسي كودك مي باشد. فضاي سايبري به عنوان يكي از محيط هاي نوين ارتباطي، تعاملات خاص خود را مي‌طلبد با وجود همه مزيت‌ها و جذابيت‌هاي اين فضا يكي از مهمترين مشكلات مربوط به آن بزه ديدگي سريع و وسيع اطفال مي باشد كه كنجكاوي كودك و عدم قدرت تشخيص او و سرعت و تعدد بزهكاران فضاي مجازي لزوم دقت نظر ويژه اي در اين زمينه را مي‌طلبد. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه، با ظهور بزه ديده شناسي اطفال، در دهه اخير، گامهاي بلندي به منظور مطالعه اطفال بزه ديده و شناسايي ويژگي ها و عملكرد آنان در ارتكاب جرايم عليه خود برداشته شده و به سبب تأثير گذاري انگيزه هاي اخلاقي و مذهبي بر بزه ديده شناسي اطفال، چشم انداز جديدي تحت عنوان «حمايت از بزه ديدگي اطفال» فرا روي بزه ديده شناسان و اساتيد فن گذاشته است. نتيجه‌گيري: در قوانين مختلفي كه ما در كشور خود داريم در رابطه با حمايت از اطفال به طور عام پيش بيني هاي خوبي شده است لكن به نظر مي رسد مشكلات عمده در اجراي قوانين و رويه انتظامي و قضايي كشور در برخورد با اطفال بزه ديده و استفاده از مجازات هاي جايگزين به جاي استفاده از مجازات هاي سنتي مي باشد كه به نظر مي رسد.

Background and Aim: One of the social harms that threatens the comprehensive is the increasing phenomenon of child victimization. Child victimization means any physical or psychological harm, sexual abuse or neglect of the child's basic needs. Cyberspace, as one of the new communication environments, requires its own interactions. Despite all the advantages and charms of this space, one of the most important problems is related to the rapid and widespread victimization of children that the child's curiosity and inability to recognize and speed and The multiplicity of cybercriminals requires special attention in this regard. Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles. Findings: The findings of the study show that, with the advent of child victimology in the last decade, great strides have been made to study child victims and identify their characteristics and performance in committing crimes against themselves. Putting moral and religious motives on juvenile delinquency has opened up a new perspective for victim juvenile scholars and professors. Conclusion: In the various laws that we have in our country, there are good provisions regarding the protection of children in general, but it seems that there are major problems in the implementation of laws and disciplinary and judicial procedures in dealing with child victims. an‎d the use of alternative punishments instead of the traditional punishments that it seems.
