The Advantages and Legal Implications of the Accession of Iran to the Berne Convention and its 1971 Paris Appendix

معاهده برن سند بنيادين بين‌المللي در زمينه حق مولف است. ديرزماني است كه الحاق ايران به اين سند مهم مورد اختلاف صاحب‌نظران حقوقي و سياسي است. اين سند داراي يك پيوست حاوي شش ماده به نفع كشورهاي در حال توسعه است. بررسي مواضع متفاوت در خصوص الحاق كشور به اين سند و پيوست آن، همچنين واكاوي امتيازات مطرح در پيوست براي كشورهاي در حال توسعه موضوع اين نوشته را تشكيل مي‌دهد كه آن را طي دو گفتار تحت عناوين مواضع مخالفان و موافقان تقديم به علاقمندان به رشتة حقوق مالكيت فكري مي‌شود.

Berne Convention is the fundamental international document in the field of copyright. It has been a long time that accession of Iran to this document is the subject of a dispute between legal and political authorities. The document contains an appendix including six articles for the benefit of developing countries. Investigation of different positions concerning the issue of Iran’s accession to this document and its appendix as well as the analysis of advantages presented in the appendix for the developing countries constitute the subject of this text. The manuscript has been submitted to people interested in the intellectual property field in two sections under the titles of positions of opponents and proponents.
