ارائه مدل مناسب اخلاق حرفه اي در نظام آموزش عالي سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشكي زنجان

Providing an appropriate model of professional ethics in the higher health education system of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل اخلاق حرفه اي در نظام آموزش عالي سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشكي زنجان بود. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از لحاظ گردآوري كيفي بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را صاحب نظران و اساتيد مديريت كه در آسيب شناسي اخلاق حرفه اي در نظام آموزش عالي سلامت صاحب نظر بودند روش نمونه گيري به صورت انتخابي و با توجه به اهداف و پارامترهايي كه در پژوهش بررسي مي شوند انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه ­محقق­ ساخته بود. يافته­ ها نشان داد با توجه به نتايج كدگذاري، آسيب شناسي اخلاق حرفه اي در نظام آموزش سلامت تحت تأثير اين عوامل است: فرايند تدوين منشور اخلاق حرفه اي در سازمان، بسته اعتلاي اخلاق حرفه اي در سازمان، اخلاق حرفه اي و ضرورت آن در سازمان، آموزش اخلاق حرفه اي، سياستگذاري و خط مش، جذب و استخدام كاركنان اخلاق مدار، پيشبرد توسعه اخلاق حرفه اي است. يافته ­ها پژوهش حاضر همچنين نشان داد كه عوامل راهبردي در تبيين آسيب شناسي اخلاق حرفه اي در نظام آموزش سلامت نقش دارد. شرايط راهبردها مبتني بر كنش­ها و واكنش­هايي براي كنترل، اداره و برخورد با پديده مورد نظرند.

The aim of this study was to present a model of professional ethics in the health education system of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of collection. The statistical population of this research was experts and professors of management who were experts in the pathology of professional ethics in the health education system. The sampling method was selected selectively according to the objectives and parameters that are studied in the research. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Findings showed that according to the coding results, the pathology of professional ethics in the health education system is affected by the following factors: a. The process of drafting a charter of professional ethics in the organization, b. Professional ethics promotion package in the organization, c. Professional ethics and its necessity in the organization, d. Professional ethics training, e. Policy and mesh line, St. Recruitment and employment of ethics-oriented staff, g. Promoting the development of professional ethics. Findings the present study also showed that strategic factors play a role in explaining the pathology of professional ethics in the health education system. The conditions of strategies are based on actions and reactions to control, manage and deal with the phenomenon.
