Presenting the Fourth Generation University Model (Case Study: Islamic Azad University)

دانشگاه ها نقش مهمي در پويايي و رشد منطقه اي دارند از يك سو، دانشگاه ها عوامل اقتصادي بزرگي هستند و تأثير مستقيمي بر فعاليت هاي اقتصادي و محلي دارند و از طرف ديگر دانشگاه ها به زيست بوم فرهنگي و محيط طبيعي منطقه اي كه به آن تعلق دارند؛ كمك مي كنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارايه ي الگوي دانشگاه نسل چهارم و با رويكرد كيفي و با روش تحليل مضمون (تم) انجام شده است. جامعه ي آماري شامل خبرگان دانشگاهي و سازماني بوده اند كه با روش هدفمند (قضاوتي) انتخاب شده اند و مصاحبه تا حد اشباع نظري ادامه يافته است. اين مهم در مصاحبه ي دوازدهم حاصل شده است. جهت تاييد روايي تحقيق از روش «مثلث‌سازي منابع داده‌ها، بازبيني توسط همكاران و بررسي توسط مشاركت كنندگان» و جهت تاييد پايايي تحقيق از «پايايي بين دو كُدگذار و بازآزمون» استفاده شده است. با سه مرحله كدگذاري (مصداق، تم اصلي، تم فرعي)؛ محورها مشخص شده اند بر اساس نتايج تحقيق؛ روابط كليدي مشتمل بر ارتباط دانشگاه و جامعه، همسوي رسالت دانشگاه و اهداف جامعه، و ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت شناسايي شد. بعلاوه عوامل زمينه اي، عوامل اثر گذار و پيامدها نيز مشخص شدند. پيامدها مشتمل بر پيامد هاي داخلي و خارجي مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند.

Universities play an important role in regional dynamism and growth. On the one hand, universities are major economic factors and have a direct impact on economic and local activities, and on the other hand, universities contribute to the cultural ecology and natural environment of the region to which they belong. The present research has been done with the aim of presenting the fourth generation university model with a qualitative approach and with the theme analysis method. The statistical population consisted of academic and organizational experts who were selected by a purposeful (judgmental) method and the interview was continued to the point of theoretical saturation. This is important in the twelfth interview. "Peer review and review by participants" and "reliability between two coders and retest" were used to confirm the reliability of the research. With three coding steps (example, main theme, sub-theme); axes have been identified based on the research results; key relationships including the relationship between university and society, alignment of university mission and community goals, and the relationship between university and industry were identified. Impact factors and consequences were also identified. Outcomes including internal and external consequences were examined.
