سنجش و ارزيابي راهبردي كيفيت بافت هاي تاريخي با تاكيد بر رويكرد بازآفريني شهري (مطالعه موردي: محدوده بازار كرمان)

Strategic Assessment and Evaluation of the Quality of Historical Textures with Emphasis on the Urban Regeneration Approach (Case Study: Kerman Bazaar)

يكي از رويكردهاي اخير در زمينۀ مرمت بافت هاي تاريخي، رويكرد بازآفريني پايدار شهري كه نسبت به رويكردهاي پيشين ديد جامع تر به بافت تاريخي و حفاظت آن دارد. در اين رويكرد به منظور مرمت بافت تاريخي از تمامي ابعاد توسعۀ پايدار شامل ابعاد اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، مديريتي و زيست محيطي استفاده شده است. اين پژوهش با هدف سنجش و ارزيابي راهبردي كيفيت بافت محدوده بازار كرمان با رويكرد بازآفريني سعي بر آن دارد كه با روش تحقيق توصيفي و تحليل محتوا (كمي و كيفي) و با بررسي اسناد و بيانيه هاي مربوط به بازآفريني و پژوهش هاي انجام گرفته شده با اين رويكرد، ديدي جامع از ابعاد و معيارهاي آن داشته باشد. از اين رو روش تحقيق حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و داراي ماهيت پيمايشي است و جمع آوري داده از طريق بررسي اسنادي و كتابخانه اي، پرسش نامه (از ديدگاه 50 نفر از مسئولان و ساكنين محدوده) انجام شده است. سپس داده ها در نرم افزار Excel وارد و تحليل و پس از آن با استفاده از مدل راهبردي QSPM مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته اند. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار GIS درقالب شاخص هاي موثر بازآفريني مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و با استفاده از تكنيك راهبردي QSPM راهبرد و راهكارهاي موثر بازآفريني محدوده استخراج گرديده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه بافت تاريخي از كيفيت لازم جهت باز آفريني برخوردار نبوده و نيازمند اقدامات متعدد در خصوص زنده سازي بافت همچون احيا و مرمت ابنيه تاريخي در محدوده بافت تاريخي دارد. در اين رابطه، نتايج حاصل از تكنيك سوات نيز نشان دهنده اين امر است كه استراتژي آن از نوعWO بوده و قابليت حفاظت و تغيير را در صورت استفاده از نقاط قوت جهت برطرف كردن ضعف ها دارا مي باشد.

One of the recent approaches in the field of restoration of historical textures is the approach of sustainable urban regeneration, which has a more comprehensive view of the historical context and its protection than the previous approaches. In this approach, in order to restore the historical context, all dimensions of sustainable development, including economic, social, cultural, managerial and environmental dimensions have been used. However, this study aims to measure and strategically evaluate the quality of the texture of the Kerman market area with a regeneration approach. With this approach, have a comprehensive view of its dimensions and criteria. Therefore, the present research method is applied in terms of purpose and has a survey nature, and data collection has been done through documentary and library review, questionnaire (from the perspective of 50 officials and residents of the area). The data were then entered and analyzed in excel software and then analyzed using the qspm strategic model. The obtained information was analyzed using GIS software in the form of effective regeneration indicators and the strategy and effective strategies for area regeneration were extracted using the qspm strategic technique. The results show that the historical texture does not have the necessary quality to recreate and requires various measures to revive the texture, such as revitalization and restoration of historic buildings within the historical texture, so that the results of the Swot technique also show this. Its strategy is of WO type and has the ability to protect and change if strengths are used to eliminate weaknesses.
