تحليل سناريوهاي مؤثر بر تحقق‌پذيري مؤلفه‌هاي شهر شاد(مطالعۀموردي: شهر اروميه)

The Creation of Scenarios Affecting the Achievability of the Indicators of Happy City (Case Study: Urmia City)

هدف پژوهش حاضر آينده­ نگاري شاخص­هاي شهرشاد در شهر اروميه است تا با مشخص­سازي وضعيت­هاي محتمل­ پيش­روي شهر در قالب سناريو، آيندة شهر درك شود و متناسب با آن برنامه و سياست­هايي در جهت تحقق شهر شاد اجرا شوند. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي بوده است و جهت تبيين شهر شاد اروميه از 29 شاخص استفاده ‌شده است كه جهت سنجش نوع رابطه­ بين شاخص­ها و استخراج عوامل كليدي از Mentalmodel ، براي سطح­ بندي مناطق از مدل كوپراس، براي وزن­دهي از مدل فولر و براي نمايش بصري از سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي GIS استفاده ‌شده است. يافته ­هاي تحقيق نشان داده است كه در بين 29 شاخص مورد بررسي، 8 شاخص (فضاي سبز، طراحي فضاي دلپذير، استفادة منطقي از فضاهاي شهري، حس آزادي، امنيت، پاكيزگي محيط، عناصر هويت­بخش، فضاهاي خاطره­انگيز) به‌عنوان عوامل كليدي در تحقق شهر شاد اروميه مشخص ‌شده‌اند. چگونگي توزيع اين عوامل در سطح مناطق شهر اروميه بيانگر بهترين وضعيت براي منطقة 1 با امتياز 0.30 درصد و بدترين آن براي منطقة 2 با امتياز 0.22 درصد بوده است. همچنين، يافته­ هاي حاصل از سناريو ويزارد بيانگر 4 سناريو قوي، 571 سناريو ضعيف و 19 سناريو محتمل در راستاي شهر شاد اروميه بوده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داده است كه سناريوهاي محتمل از مجموع 152 حالت ممكن داراي ضريب 38 درصد براي وضعيت مطلوب، 35 درصد براي وضعيت ايستا و 25 درصد براي وضعيت بحراني بوده است كه احتمال تحقق وضعيت مطلوب (با ويژگي­هاي سرانة فضاي سبز در شهر افزايش ‌يافته است و در كنار آن حس مسئوليت­ پذيري شهروندان تقويت ‌شده تا سطح پاكيزگي محيط‌زيست شهر بهبود يابد. همچنين، به مسئلة امنيت و آسايش شهروندان در شهر بيشتر توجه شده است تا شهروندان آزادي بيشتري در فضاي شهر احساس كنند و آرامش روحي - رواني مطلوب خود را به دست آوردند و شهر به فضايي خاطره­ انگيز براي شهروندان تبديل شود و احساس تعلق به مكاني در شهروندان تقويت گردد) بيش از ديگر وضعيت­هاي محتمل بوده است كه خود نشانگر تحقق شاخص­هاي شهر شاد براي اروميه در آينده، به‌ شرط اجرايي شدن پيشنهادهاي ارائه‌شده در تحقيق حاضر است.

The research is a futures study of the indicators of a happy city in Urmia to understand the future of the city, identifying possible situations ahead in the form of a scenario. This can help to take appropriate plans and policies for making a happy city. The study used a descriptive-analytical method. Twenty nine indicators were used for explaining the happy city of Urmia. Mental model was used for assessing the relationship between indicators and identifying the main factors, COPRAS model was used for leveling regions, Fuller model was used for weighing, and GIS was used for visual representations. The results showed that from among the 29 indicators, 8 indicators were identified as critical factors for achieving the happy city of Urmia: green spaces, designing attractive spaces, using rationally from urban spaces, making the sense of freedom, security, the cleanliness of the environment, identity-making elements, and memorable spaces. Moreover, the results of the scenario wizard showed that 19 scenarios are possible for the happy city of Urmia. The results of the study showed that achieving the desired scenarios with the following characteristics are more possible than others: the per capita green space of the city has raised while the citizens’ sense of responsibility has increased, and as a result, has improved the level of environmental cleanliness of the city; moreover, the attention to the citizens’ security and comfort has increased such that they feel more freedom in the city and have regained their own desirable psychological and spiritual peace, and the city has been made a a memorable space for citizens as they more feel that they belong to the city. All these indicate that all indicators of happy city is possible for Urmia providing the suggestions of the study are taken serious and implemented.
