چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪﻟﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﺮدن و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻊ ﻓﻌﻠﯽ ﮐﺎر ﺗﯿﻤﯽ در اداره ﮐﻞ ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻓﺎرس ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻓﺮاد ﺻﺎﺣﺐﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ارﺷﺪ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﯿﺎﻧﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن اداره آﻣﻮزش ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻓﺎرس ﺑﻮد، ﺗﻌﺪاد 135 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ رﻫﺒﺮي ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ )1399( ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار PLS و آزﻣﻮن t ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﻣﺤﻮري دادهﻫﺎ ﻋﺒﺎرتاﻧﺪ از: )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ 2 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﺤﻮري و7 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي ﺑﺎ 3 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﺤﻮري و7 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪﮔﺮ ﺑﺎ 4 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﺤﻮري و 10 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ 2 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﺤﻮري و 5 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ و ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ 3 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﺤﻮري و 8 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ(. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺿﻤﻦ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪﻟﯽ ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺑﻌﺪ و 37 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد: ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﺮدن ﮐﺎر ﺗﯿﻤﯽ در اداره ﮐﻞ ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻓﺎرس در ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪل ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮ از ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
.The purpose of this study was to provide a model to institutionalize and review the current state of teamwork in the General Department of Welfare in Fars Province. The research method was descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study was experts, senior managers, middle managers and experts of Fars Welfare Education Department, 135 people were selected as a sample using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made leadership questionnaire (1399). Data analysis was performed using PLS software and one-sample t-test. The results of data-driven coding were: (including causal conditions with 2 axes and 7 subcategories, contextual conditions with 3 axes and 7 subcategories, intervention conditions with 4 axes and 10 subcategories, strategies with 2 axes and 5 subcategories and consequences with 3 central categories and 8 subcategories). Findings of the research while presenting a model consisting of five dimensions and 37 components showed: Institutionalizing teamwork in the General Department of Welfare in Fars province in all dimensions and components of the model was below average
