چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي در ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره ﮐﻞ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﯾﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره ﮐﻞ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﯾﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 229 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده و ﺟﺪول ﮔﺮﺟﺴﯽ- ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 145 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد؛ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ؛ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/808 ،0/813 و 0/821 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ، ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارد و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ، ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارد و اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ، ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارد. ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي 55 درﺻﺪ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ، اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﻏﻨﯽﺳﺎزي و ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ اﺧﻼق اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻌﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ارﺗﻘﺎء دﻫﻨﺪهي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن در ﻫﺮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Islamic work ethic and professional ethics through responsibility among the staff of the General Directorate of Education of West Azerbaijan Province. The research method was descriptive-correlation and structural equations. The statistical population of the study was 229 employees of the General Department of Education of West Azerbaijan Province in 1399-1400. The sample was determined by simple random sampling and 145 people by Georgian-Morgan table. Data collection tools Standard questionnaires were ethics of Islamic work; professional ethics, and responsibility whose reliability was obtained with Cronbach's alpha of 0.813, 0.808 and 0.821, respectively. The results showed that Islamic work ethic has a direct, positive and significant relationship with professional ethics and responsibility and responsibility has a direct, positive and significant relationship with professional ethics and Islamic work ethic has an indirect, positive and significant relationship with professional ethics through responsibility. The results of regression test showed that professional ethics is predicted by Islamic work ethic and responsibility. Considering all the results, it can be said that enrichment and more attention to Islamic and professional ethics can be one of the strategies for promoting employees in any organization.
