بررسي تأثير بكارگيري فناوري بلاكچين بر تعاملات همكارانه و بهبود عملكرد در زنجيره تأمين

Investigating the Effect of using Blockchain Technology on Collaborative Interactions and Performance Improvement in the Defense Industry Supply Chain

ارتقاي بازدارندگي دفاعي مستلزم توليد گسترده و متنوع محصولات و تجهيزات نظامي است كه نيازمند به‌كارگيري ظرفيت‌ها و قابليت‌هاي وسيع و متنوع صنعتي است. ازآنجاكه تصدي و تملك همه اين قابليت‌ها منطقي و اقتصادي نيست، بخشي از فعاليت‌هاي توليدي در صنايع دفاعي، برون‌سپاري مي­‌شود كه به ايجاد شبكه گسترده و بزرگي از تأمين‌كنندگان منجر شده است. گستردگي اين شبكه، تعاملات همكارانه و بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تأمين صنايع دفاعي را به يك چالش جدي براي مديران تبديل كرده است. گستردگي زنجيره تأمين سازمان‌هاي امروزي، مديران را ترغيب مي نمايد كه به روش‌ها و فناوري‌هاي نوين براي بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تأمين روي آورند. فناوري جديد بلاكچين با توجه به ويژگي‌هاي كليدي مانند جعل‌ناپذيري، تمركززدايي و شفافيت، از جمله فناوري‌هايي است كه اخيراً موردتوجه قرار گرفته است؛ بنابراين اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي نقش به‌كارگيري اين فناوري در بهبود تعاملات همكارانه و عملكرد زنجيره تأمين صنايع دفاعي تدوين شده است. مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري براي بررسي فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش به­كار رفت. نتايج نشان داد كه به‌كارگيري فناوري بلاكچين به­ترتيب با ضريب 851/0 و 439/0 داراي اثري مثبت و معنادار بر تعاملات همكارانه و عملكرد زنجيره بوده و ايجاد تعاملات همكارانه نيز با ضريب 469/0 به بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تأمين صنايع دفاعي منجر مي شود.

Improving defense deterrence requires the extensive and diverse production of military products and equipment, which requires the use of vast and diverse industrial capacities and capabilities. Since the acquisition of all these capabilities is not economical, part of the production activities in the defense industry is outsourced, which has led to the creation of a large network of suppliers. The expansion of this network has made cooperative interactions and improving the supply chain performance of the defense industry a serious challenge for managers. The breadth of the supply chain of today''s organizations encourages managers to turn to new methods and technologies to improve supply chain performance. The new blockchain technology is one of the most recently considered technologies due to its key features such as forgery, decentralization, and transparency; Therefore, this study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the role of using this technology in improving collaborative interactions and supply chain performance of the defense industry. Structural equation modeling was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that the use of blockchain technology with a coefficient of 0.851 and 0.439, respectively, has a positive and significant effect on collaborative interactions and chain performance, and the creation of cooperative interactions with a coefficient of 0.469 leads to improving the supply chain performance of the defense industry.
