اين پژوهش به دنبال آن است تا به بررسي رضايتمندي از كيفيت فضايي در جنبه ذهني كه فرهنگ در آن ميگنجد بپردازد. استفاده از روش ارزيابي پس از ساخت از طريق شناسايي نقاط ضعف و قوت هر مجموعه مي تواند به اين امر كمك نمايد. هدف از اين پژوهش به دست آوردن مدلي است كه بتوان به كمك آن به ارزيابي كيفيت فضايي هر مجموعه مسكوني متناسب با فرهنگ ساكنينش دست يافت. از اين رو پژوهش استفاده از روش پژوهش كيفي و تحليلي و روش جمع آوري اطلاعات كتابخانه اي، به دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال است: چگونه مي توان با روش poeمدلي تنظيم كرد كه بر اساس آن ميزان رضايتمندي ازكيفيت فضايي- فرهنگي در مجموعه هاي مسكوني را سنجيد؟ يافته هاي پژوهش مبين آن است كه بسياري از موارد مرتبط با فرهنگ در مقوله ادراكي يا ذهني ميگنجد. اين بدان معنا نيست كه نقش ساير شاخصه هاي مادي( عيني) را بايد ناديده گرفت. در اين ميان نقش زمان و نيازهاي آتي كه در يك مسكن ممكن است اتفاق بيوفتد از اموري است كه در ميزان رضايتمندي بهره برداران به صورت مستقل نقش مهمي را ايفا ميكند. بر اساس مدل مفهومي نهايي مي توان به شاخصه ها و گزينش آنها در ارزيابي مجموعه هاي مسكوني از بعد كيفيت فرهنگي-فضايي، هر نمونه مطالعاتي نايل آمد. اين شاخصه ها قابليت آن را دارند تا در هر نمونه موردي بوسيله پرسشنامه به آزمون گزارده شود تا ميزان هريك را بتوان سنجيد.

This study seeks to examine the satisfaction of spatial quality in the mental aspect that culture includes. Using the post-construction evaluation method by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each set can help. The purpose of this study is to obtain a model that can be used to assess the spatial quality of each residential complex in accordance with the culture of its inhabitants. Therefore, the research using qualitative and analytical research method and library information collection method seeks to answer the question: how can a poe model be set up, based on which the level of satisfaction with the spatial-cultural quality in residential complexes Did you measure? The research findings indicate that many cultural issues fall into the perceptual or subjective category. This does not mean that the role of other material (objective) characteristics should be ignored. Meanwhile, the role of time and future needs that may occur in a housing is one of the things that play an important role in the level of satisfaction of independent users. Based on the final conceptual model, the characteristics and their selection in the evaluation of residential complexes in terms of cultural-spatial quality of each study sample can be achieved. These characteristics have the ability to be tested in each case by a questionnaire so that the amount of each can be measured.
