چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ و ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻠﯿ ﻞ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ادراك رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ و ﺣﺴﺎدت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﺷﻐﻠﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.
روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ: ازﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ازﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻠّﯽ )ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري( اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄتﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﭘﯿﺎم ﻧﻮر اﺳﺘﺎن آذرﺑﺎﯾﺠﺎن ﻏﺮﺑﯽ در ﺳﺎل 1398 ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 164 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻫﯿﺄتﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦﮐﻪ ﮐﻞ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺪﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻮد، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﭼﻬﺎر ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد )ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ادراك رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ، ﺣﺴﺎدت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﺷﻐﻠﯽ( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺳﺎزهاي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/0،87/0،73/0،91/74 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﮑﻨﻮن و اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪه در اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ، از ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دو ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS وPLS3 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ و ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از وﺟﻮد ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﯿﻦ ﺣﺴﺎدت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ادراك رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ و ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري و ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و وﺟﻮد ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻨﻔﯽ و ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺣﺴﺎدت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در رواﺑﻂ ﻋﻠّﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺣﺴﺎدت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ارﺗﺒﺎط و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄتﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در ﺟﻬﺖ ارﺗﻘﺎ و ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه، ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﮐﺮدن ﺣﺲ ﺣﺴﺎدت ﺑﻪ رﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ و ﻣﺜﺒﺖ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده و ﺑﻪﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺘﯽ و ﺗﺒﺎدلﻧﻈﺮ در ﻣﻮرد ﻣﺴﺎﯾﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑ ﻪ وﺟﻮد آﻣﺪن ﺣﺲ ﻋﻼﻗﻪ و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد در ﻣﯿﺎن اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄتﻋﻠﻤﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was conducted with the aim of structural analysis of organizational silence on the perception of political behaviors and organizational jealousy with the mediating role of job compatibility. Statistics of all faculty members of Payame Noor University of West Azerbaijan Province in 1398, which includes 164 faculty members, considering that the whole community was considered, so the sample is equal to the community. To collect information from four standard questionnaires (organizational silence, Perception of political behaviors, organizational jealousy, job compatibility) were used. Content and structural validity of the questionnaires were confirmed and the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.74, 0.91, 0.73, 0.87, respectively, to evaluate the relationships between variables. Hidden and measured in the conceptual model, structural modeling of data using SPSS and PLS3 software was used.The results of the study indicate a significant role between variables, ie there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational jealousy and organizational silence, between perception of organizational political behavior and organizational silence, between adaptation and organizational silence. and organizational jealousy has a direct and negative relationship with job compatibility. The results also confirm the mediating role of job compatibility the causal relationship between organizational jealousy and organizational silence Communication and interaction of faculty members with different departments in order to better promote the university, turn jealousy into healthy and positive competition, use and apply participatory decision-making style and exchange views on various issues in order to create a sense of interest and trust among faculty members is one of the most important research results.
