Prioritizing Intelligent Growth Indicators for Identifying Physical Capacities for Infell Development with Emphasis on Scenariotization (Case Study: Region 3 of Tabriz)

مقدمه: امروزه توسعه ميان افزاي شهري به ويژه براي شهرهايي كه با محدوديت توسعه افقي مواجه ­اند روش مناسبي شناخته شده است، كه در اين ميان رشد هوشمند شهري تأكيد زيادي بر مسائلي مانند كاربري­ هاي مختلط دارد. هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اولويت­بندي شاخص هاي رشد هوشمندجهت شناسايي ظرفيت كالبدي براي توسعه ميان افزا با تاكيد سناريونويسي منطقه 3 تبريز، با 26 مولفه رشد هوشمند در قالب 3 شاخص اجتماعي، كالبدي وزيست محيطي با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاري و تحليل چند متغييره فازي در محيط GIS انجام شده است. قلمرو جغرافيايي پژوهش: منطقه 3 شهر تبريز كه به عنوان يكي از مناطق دهگانه شهرداري حدود 3/11 درصد از مساحت شهر تبريز را شامل شده است. روش­شناسي تحقيق: پژوهش حاضر باماهيت كاربردي-عملي و روش توصيفي-تجربي است. گردآوري داده ­ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شده است كه نمونه آماري مشتمل بر 373 نفراز ساكنان منطقه3 تبريز بطور تصادفي انتخاب شده­اند. با استفاده از آزمون رگرسيون خطي در نرم افزار SPSS، اولويت بندي شاخصهاي پنهان و با استفاده از آزمون بارهاي عاملي در نرم افزار LISREL، شاخص­هاي آشكاربراساس اهميت اولويت­بندي شدندو براي تهيه نقشه شاخصهاي موثر، ازمدل منطق فازي در قالب GIS استفاده شده است. يافته­ ها و بحث: عوامل موثر در هوشمندي در سطح منطقه 3 به ترتيب اهميت اجتماعي،كالبدي و زيست محيطي اولويت­ بندي شده ­اند، و با ارائه سناريوهايي در جهت اطلاح و بهبود كاربريهاي مختلط، فضاي سبز، ايجاد جوامع پياده محور در منطقه تاكيد شد و پيشنهادهايي، بر تقويت شاخص­هاي مؤثر براساس اولويت آنها تأكيد شده است. نتايج: نتايج حاصل از تحليل نشان مي­دهد كه بعضي از قسمتهاي منطقه در وضعيت مطلبوبي نيستند؛ بطوري كه محله­ هاي شمالي در سطح متوسط روبه بالا و محله­ هاي غربي در سطح كاملا مطلوب و محله­ هاي جنوبي و جنوب شرقي در سطح خيلي پايين قرار دارند

Today, urban intermediate urban development, especially for cities facing horizontaldevelopment constraints, is well known, among which urban intelligent growthemphasizes issues such as mixed use, The purpose ofthis study was to prioritize intelligent growth indicators to identify physical capacity forintermediate development with emphasis on scenario planning, principles of smart growth in the form of 3 environmental, social, physicalindicators using structural equation and multivariate analysis Fuzzy in theGIS environment. which is of appliedpractical nature and descriptivempirical method,a researchermade questionnaire was used to collect data.coefficient a sample of373 residents of Tabriz 3 area was randomly selected. Using linear regression test inSPSS software, prioritizing hidden indicators and using factor load tests in softsoftware, LISREL, explicit indicators were prioritized based on the importance andeffectiveness of the index and for mapping the effectiveFuzzy logic is used in GIS format.
